 General Announcements                                         

*Good luck to the Arapahoe Mountain Bike Team, as they compete in their first race of the season, this Sunday, August 30th in Frisco, CO.  JV races starts 8:20am and the last race starts at 2:00pm. Come cheer on the team at the Frisco Adventure Park.

*Warriors - grab your baguettes and berets, we are going to France! Get that iconic selfie with the Eiffel tower, create your own pastries alongside a french chef, visit an oyster farm on the seaside, take a river cruise through Paris and enjoy so much French culture along the way. We will be having a Student/Parent French Trip Information Night on Wednesday, September 2 at 6:00pm in room W1287.  RSVP for the meeting through the QR codes on posters around the school.  See you there.

*It’s time to SADDLE UP for Homecoming! Our Homecoming Parade is happening September 19th, and this year we’re going WILD WEST! We want to see our clubs and sports teams bring their best Wild West spirit to the parade! Whether you’re planning a decorated truck, wagon, float, or something completely outside the corral, we want you there!  Sign up your  club or team to participate.  Create a Wild West-themed parade entry, bring the school spirit and have some fun! Sign up by September 11th.  Let’s make this the biggest, most WILD Homecoming Parade yet!

*Good Luck to our Girls Flag Football team TOMORROW against the Vanguard School in Colorado Springs at 11:00am.

*Good Luck to Warrior Cross Country teams TOMORROW at the Cherry Creek Steve Lohman Invitational starting at Village Green Park starting at 8:30am.

*Get ready to pack the stands for you Boys Soccer teams TONIGHT @ HOME at Centennial Stadium against Denver South.  Varsity plays at 5:30pm followed by JV at 7:00pm.

*Come cheer on your Girls Volleyball team TONIGHT @ HOME against Columbine.  Varsity will play at 6:30pm after JV plays at 5:00pm.  The Freshman team will play at 5:30pm.

*Warriors....UNIFIED Sports starts up this fall with Unified Kickball and Flag Football competitions. You’re invited to join UNIFIED.  Come to our interest meeting during Tribe TOMORROW, August 25th in room E1275.  Look for Mrs. Abner's name on the Tribe pull list to join us.  Learn about more ways you can Unify with UNIFIED!   If you have any questions, see Mrs. Abner.

*Good Luck to our Boys Varsity Golf team TODAY against Cherry Creek @ Overland Golf Course. 

*Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Softball team as they picked up three wins over the weekend in the F.A.N.-tastic tournament in Fort Collins. They beat Legacy, Rocky Mountain, and Wellington, to improve their overall record to 6 wins and one loss on the season.  Both Varsity and JV are back in action TOMORROW at HOME  against Vista Ridge.  Come fill the seats and cheer them on!

*The Arapahoe Cross Country team competed in their first meet of the season this past Saturday.  Congratulations to the Varsity Girls who were 5th overall and the Boys who were 2nd place overall at the Cheyenne Mountain Stampede! Best of luck this coming weekend at the Cherry Creek Invite.
