General Announcements                                     

*Hey Seniors - just a quick reminder - Check your email and complete the Google Form to record how to pronounce your name for graduation. Please use a computer (NOT YOUR PHONE), follow the directions in the form, due by May 15, 2026.  Need help? Stop by Student Services.


*Hey Juniors & Seniors - our highly anticipated Prom is almost here!  Join us for a 1920’s, glamour inspired Great Gatsby evening at Asterisk Denver on Saturday, May 9th, 8:00pm-10:30pm. This is a Junior/Senior ONLY event (underclassmen can only come with an upperclassmen).  Guest passes for students from other schools are available at the Front Desk or Attendance Office.  Guest forms must be turned in before attending Prom.  Prom tickets will be on sale for $40 during both lunches starting TODAY! 


*Seniors and Juniors - when Prom is over - join us HERE at AHS for our Arapaloha After Prom from 11:00-2:30am.  There will be food, games, activities and PRIZES.  Tickets will go on sale next week, Monday, May 4th through Friday, May 8th at both lunches in the Cafeteria.  Tickets are $35.  


*Seniors- The Class of 2026 Senior Exit Survey is in your inbox and on the Post Secondary Center website!  If you know your plan for the fall, don't delay!  It must be completed in order to pick up your cap and gown on May 15th!


*Save the Date Warriors! AHS is excited to host the 3rd Annual Cultures of Arapahoe, presented by the Multicultural Student Alliances and—for the first time—in collaboration with AHS Vocal Music. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 6th, with the cultural fair from 5:00–6:30pm in the cafeteria, followed by the Music From Around the World concert at 7:00pm in the theater.  This event is FREE and families are welcome, and parents, guardians,  and grandparents are encouraged to join their students at their tables to help represent and celebrate their culture.


Athletics

*The Arapahoe Boys Varsity Lacrosse team will be honoring their Seniors TONIGHT at their senior night game. Come help us celebrate and honor those graduating.  Come cheer them on to victory against Mountain Vista, their final matchup of the regular season! Faceoff starts @ 7:00pm Littleton Stadium See you there!  JV will play at 4:30pm at Powell MS.

*Good luck to our Girls Lacrosse team TONIGHT against Eaglecrest.  Varsity will play at 6:00pm at Legacy Stadium.  JV will play at 4:30pm at Eaglecrest HS.

*Come out and support your Warriors Boys Swimming and Diving team this weekend starting TONIGHT as they host the Centennial ‘A’ League Swimming and Diving Championships here at Arapahoe. Swimming prelims begin at 5:30pm.  Diving will be held Saturday morning at 9:00am, and swimming finals will start Saturday at 2:00pm.  Good luck boys, you got this!

*Come cheer on our Boys LPS Volleyball team TOMORROW @ HOME at Regional competition. The boys will play Boulder at 9:00am and Denver East @ 1:00pm.  


*Good luck to our Girls Soccer teams TOMORROW against Thomas Jefferson.  Varsity will play at noon at TJ High School and C team will play 10:00am.


*Good luck to our Boys Baseball teams TOMORROW against Cherry Creek.  Varsity will play at 11:00am and JV will play at 2:00pm.  Both games are at Cherry Creek HS.  Sophomore team will play at 11:00am and Freshman team will play at 1:30pm here at HOME!

*Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Tennis Warriors for bringing home a second place team win at Regionals!  Doubles 2 and 3 earned first place wins at their positions and eight players are heading to the state tournament next week!  Good luck at the State Championships Warriors! 


*Let’s get LOUD for our Boys Varsity Baseball team TODAY @ HOME as they take on Cherry Creek at 4:15pm. The Sophomore team will play at Cherry Creek HS.

*Good luck to our DECA members competing at the International competition in Atlanta,  Georgia this week.  Our students qualified to compete among the top 10% of DECA students around the world.  Go Warriors!
