 General Announcements

*The AHS Thespians are excited to bring you their Spring Musical production, Chicago: Teen Edition on March 12th, 13th, or 14th!  Tickets for the performance can be purchased through the link on the AHS website under ‘News’ or on the AHS Thespian website - bit.ly/ahstheatre.  Hope to see you there!


*WARRIORS - we are collecting new or gently used coats for our trip to Wind River.  There will be large boxes in the cafeteria and trophy hallway until March 13th.  Warriors always take care of one another!


*The AHS Capstone group 'Chance for Childrens' is raising money and fundraising to make gift bags for children in the NICU and cancer center at Children's Hospital. They will be hosting a toy and blanket drive from March 9th -13th and all donations must be unused. Donation baskets will be located at the forum and the bubble entrances.


*Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors, University of Arkansas and  Texas A&M are visiting the PSC TODAY!   Missouri University of Science and Technology and Temple University- Japan will be here TOMORROW!  Sign up in Scoir.


*March 16th is College Colors Day!  Show your support for your favorite team, where you've committed, or where you dream of going!  That evening join us for the AHS College Information Night!  There will be a Q&A panel at 6:30pm and a college fair with 30 regional and national colleges and universities at 7:30pm!   

All grades and their families are invited and encouraged to attend!  It's not too early and never too late to start preparing for Post-secondary opportunities.  



Athletics

*Hey batter, batter, sssswing! Warriors, TODAY at 4:00pm, your 2026 Varsity Baseball team plays their season opener vs. Rock Canyon @ HOME.  Come on out to the baseball field to enjoy the sunshine, visit the Snack Shack, and cheer your Warriors on to victory!  JV will play at 4:00pm at Rock Canyon HS.


*Good Luck to our Girls Soccer teams TONIGHT as they take on Lutheran Lions at 6:30pm at Lutheran HS following the JV team at 4:30pm!


*The Arapahoe Boys Lacrosse season has begun!  Come pack the stands and cheer on the Arapahoe Boys LAX against Regis TONIGHT @ 7:00pm at Littleton Stadium. JV will play Regis at 4:00pm and the C team will play at 5:15pm at Powell Middle School.


*Good luck to your Girls Tennis teams TONIGHT against Columbine!  The Varsity team will play at 3:45pm at Columbine HS and JV Black will also play at 3:45pm at the AHS tennis courts.


*Good luck to our Boys LPS Volleyball teams TONIGHT at Chaparral.  The Varsity team will take on the Wolverines at 6:00pm following the JV team @ 4:30pm.


*Come cheer on your Girls Varsity Lacrosse team TONIGHT at HOME on the turf field @ 6:30pm against Palmer Ridge!


Attention Dancers! It's time to get ready for the Toms Dance team prep clinics! If you’re interested in auditioning for the Toms, our prep clinics are the perfect chance to learn skills, meet the coaches, and get a feel for what auditions will be like. Whether you already have strong dance experience or are just excited to try something new, we encourage you to come join us! The first clinic will be this Friday, March 13th from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Athletics

*Congratulations to your Boys Swimming and Diving team on their statement win over defending 4A state champs Mullen last Thursday.  The boys followed up their win by dominating the Arapahoe Relays on Saturday.  The team is starting the season strong and will next be in action this Friday, March 13th at 5:00pm when they take on Heritage at Heritage.


*Play Ball! *Warriors - March 16th is College Colors Day!  Show your support for your favorite team, where you've committed, or where you dream of going!  That evening join us for the AHS College Information Night!  There will be a Q&A panel at 6:30pm and a college fair with 30 regional and national colleges and universities at 7:30pm!   All grades and their families are invited and encouraged to attend!  It's not too early and never too late to start preparing for Post-secondary opportunities.  


*Come check the Lost & Found tables in the cafeteria.  We have over 60 water bottles and 25 hoodies & jackets waiting to be claimed!  Items will be donated or thrown away after Thursday.

*Come to the AHS pool TONIGHT at 5:00pm  to support your Boys Swimming & Diving team as they face off against Centennial League opponent and defending 4A state champs, the Mullen Mustangs. Good luck tonight boys!


*Warriors, it’s time to show your spirit to help our Girls Basketball team win the 6A CHSAA Girls Basketball Championship!  We’ll see you at the Denver Coliseum TOMORROW at 7:00pm. Tickets can be purchased through AXS. Adult $15, Students are $12.  Get the car pools going, bring your energy and we’ll see you there!


*Come help us pack the stands and get this season started off right as the Arapahoe Boys Lacrosse team officially start their season toward another run for the Championship State Title! Come cheer on the team on Saturday, March 7th, faceoff starts @ 1:00pm against Rock Canyon @ Littleton Public Stadium.

*Thank you to our AHS Unified program for leading our first ever ‘Inclusion Week’.  It is a national awareness campaign celebrating belonging, acceptance and participation of people of all abilities in school, workplaces and communities.   Looking great in all your PJs.  TOMORROW celebrate our Inclusion Week and dress up in Jersey/Sports Shirts.

*We’re gearing up for an awesome Arapahoe Boys Lax Season! Come pack the stands and help us start our season off right TONIGHT at this year’s Foundation Game!  Come cheer on the Boys Varsity LAX against Castle View @ Littleton Stadium at 7:00pm. The Foundation Game supports suicide prevention and mental health awareness. Admission to the game is your donation.  All proceeds go to support The Nick Bales, Brought To Reality Foundation!  Let’s show our support for BTR by spreading the message that it’s always OK to ask for help if your struggling with thoughts of suicide.  See you there!!
