*College Visits: The next two weeks are busy with college rep visits at AHS! Log in to Scoir today to see who's coming & register for your favorites before they fill up! See Tennessee, OU, LSU, Chapman, Baylor, Montana, A&M, Northwestern, Creighton & more all without hopping on a plane! 

*Homecoming Parade - Thank you to all the programs and Warriors who were part of our Homecoming Parade. We had nearly 35 floats! Our judges had a hard decision to make when judging, but have chosen the parade winners. Tied for third was The Class of 2027 and Wrestling. Second Place goes to Swim and Dive and First Place goes to Latin Student Alliance/LSA! We loved seeing the many programs represented throughout the school and the judges were particularly proud of the school spirit on display. Great job to all participants and congrats to the winners.

*AHS Warriors Baseball - Attention all baseball players interested in playing for the Warriors this spring, there is a mandatory meeting in the Forum TODAY Monday, September 16 at 3:45pm.  See Coach Dollaghan with any questions.

*Gymnastics meet: Heritage High School Gymnastics has a meet on Saturday, September 21st at Active Athletics (8175 Grant Wy, Littleton, CO 80122) Competition starts at 2:15pm.  Good luck to our Arapahoe students on the team!

*Homecoming Dance - The clock is ticking warriors! Arapahoe’s Arcade Homecoming is tomorrow, Saturday the 14th. Buy tickets today at lunch for $15 or at the door tomorrow for $20. 

*Homecoming Parade - Tomorrow morning at 10:00am we’ll be having our homecoming parade from the West Parking lot through to Southglenn. Bring your neighbors, cousins, and siblings to see the floats!

*AHS Girls Volleyball - Congrats to the JV and Varsity volleyball teams for their big win against Columbine High School last night! League play starts next week on Tuesday with a home game against Mullen! See you there!

*FBLA - Please join FBLA for a Cookie Extravaganza TODAY, September 12th at 3:40 in the Forum!  Anyone is welcome to come learn about FBLA and the opportunities it offers - and have a free cookie!

*Juniors & Seniors -- want to know more about Colorado State, Trinity, or Alabama? Register in Scoir for their college rep visits this week! Stop by Room S1401 if you need a pass to miss class.

*Homecoming Week Events: Great job showing your warrior spirit with E-sport clothing! Today and tomorrow are your last days to buy your Arapahoe 2024 Arcade Homecoming tickets at lunch for $15 or pay $20 at the door on the 14th. The dance starts at 8pm and goes until 10. 

*Wear black and gold tomorrow for our final dress up day, make it count!  Freshman and Juniors wear old gold - Seniors and Sophomores wear black!  Get them at lunch in the cafeteria this week! Only $5.

*FBLA - Please join FBLA for a Cookie Extravaganza on Thursday, September 12th at 3:40 in the Forum!  Anyone is welcome to come learn about FBLA and the opportunities it offers - and have a free cookie!

*Seniors! Don't forget to sign up for Session 2 of College Application Boot Camp tomorrow during Tribe! Join us at 8:20 in the forum to learn all about the rest of the Common App, including the Personal Statement, activities & awards sections, Letters of Rec, and more! Don't worry if you missed last week -- it's easy to catch up!

And of course, we’ll see all of you at the dance the night of the 14th! Buy your tickets at lunch before the end of the week for $15 or $20 at the door on the 14th.

*Talent Show!  Congratulations to all of the acts that performed in the homecoming talent show! What a talent filled night it was! Congratulations to our runners up, The Band with Charlie Eggen, Jiro Moriyama, Owen Kates, and Trenton Smith and to our winning performance, The Duet by Sarah Hucke and Sienna DiMuro

*Homecoming - Do you like to watch people dance, sing, perform, even do flips??? Well the wait is officially over! The homecoming talent show is TONIGHT September 9th at 7pm in the theater! No better way to kick off homecoming week than watching your fellow classmates and teachers show off their talents!

*Seniors! Herff Jones will be at AHS, in the Bubble Entrance, TODAY, September 6th, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm to take orders for graduation announcements, souvenir tassels, senior apparel, and much more! If you are also interested in ordering a class ring or letter jacket, they will have sizers available to try on and will be able to take your order for those as well. 

*Homecoming - Do you like to watch people dance, sing, perform, even do flips??? Well the wait is officially over! The homecoming talent show is this Monday September 9th at 7pm in the theater! No better way to kick off homecoming week than watching your fellow classmates and teachers show off their talents!

*AHS Warriors Varsity Football - Milk Jug Classic  The Milk Jug Classic football game between Arapahoe High School and Heritage High School is this Saturday, September 7th, at 11:00 am, at Littleton Public Schools Stadium. Tickets will be available for purchase at each lunch today. Tickets are $5.00 for students and $7.00 for Adults, get them before they sell out! Since we are the visiting team, your Athletic Passes will not work for this game.

White Out!  Saturday’s game is a “white out” game!  All Warriors fans should wear white shirts to the game and show our school spirit!  The football booster club will be here TODAY and Friday (9/6) selling Arapahoe white “milk jug” t-shirts, in the cafeteria, during both lunches. 

Breakfast Bowl Kick off!  This Saturday before you head out to the stadium, Arapahoe Students can come to the Breakfast Bowl Kick off!  Saturday morning, Sept. 7th, starting at 9:00 am in the West Parking Lot! There will be a free breakfast while supplies last, yard games, music, and a team send off, plus a chance to be on the Arapahoe Sports Network’s pregame streaming show! There will be a free bus shuttle to take you over to the game starting around 10:15 am, and then bring you back to the school if you need it to, after the game. So, come for the free breakfast, stay for the game! Your pre-bought ticket gets you into this fun event! Let’s go Warriors, pack the stands!

*AHS Boys Soccer - Your ABK boys Varsity team faces Rock Canyon TONIGHT at 8:00pm at LPS Centennial Stadium. Come out and show your support!
