General Announcements

*Warriors, Thursday, February 2, will be our first ever Elective Fair in the MAIN GYM!  Students will be released by grade level during TRIBE to check it out.  You can talk directly with each elective department regarding their course offerings. There will also be representatives from the EPIC Campus and information about Concurrent Enrollment (CE).  The counselors will be on hand to answer any questions.


*If you’re a graduating senior who has relocated to the Denver metro area during high school, consider applying for the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council Scholarship! Lucky winners will receive $3000 in tuition assistance. Applications due by March 15th. See more details in Naviance or stop by the Post-Secondary Center in room S1401 for more information


*Come cheer on your Unified Basketball team Wednesday, February 1st at home vs. Eaglecrest.   The game starts at 4:15.


*Our Lost & Found bins are FULL!  Come by the Front Office and check to see if we have your jacket, hoodie or water bottle.



Athletics

*Arapahoe Girls Lacrosse is excited to announce the arrival of Coach Andi Sawin. She will be meeting with players interested in spring lacrosse TODAY at 3:45pm in the Forum. This is not a mandatory meeting, just a chance to come out and meet Coach Sawin.


*Come support the Gymnastics team - TONIGHT at Yogurtland from noon - 8:00 p.m.  Come pick up a tasty snack at 7535 S University Blvd across from AHS.  No flier needed.  Then, enjoy a delicious dinner on Wednesday, February 1st at Modern Market Eatery in the streets of Southglenn from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Just tell them at checkout you’re supporting HHS Gymnastics. 

*Support your Warrior Boys Basketball teams at NO COOK Wednesday, February 1st.  Come enjoy some Mexican fare at Little George’s Mexican restaurant from 10:00am - 9:00pm located at 7422 S University Blvd, just east of AHS!  Just mention ARAPAHOE when purchasing your food.  10% of all sales go to our Boys Basketball program.
