*Happy Monday! Here is your mindful moment for the week: When you’re feeling overwhelmed, make a list of all the things making you stressed. Then review your list to find one thing where you can exercise some control and come up with a small, concrete step you can take now.
*Here is another March Monday Mindful Moment - psychological needs are physical needs. It is time to evaluate. Do you need to get outside? Do you need better nutrition? What spring cleaning do you need to do? Get to it!
*All NHS Members - there will be a NHS meeting on Wednesday, March 15th in the Forum from 9:10am - 9:25am.
*The AHS Thespians are producing their Spring Musical, The Little Mermaid, on March 16, 17, and 18, You can purchase tickets for the performance at our website linked - HERE. Hope to see you then!
*ATTENTION ALL ARAPAHOE ARTISTS! Art Attack is Back! The 18th Annual Art Attack is underway and the Art department is now collecting pieces for the show. If you are interested in entering please swing by the art rooms to complete your entry form. We will be collecting art work now through Friday, March 24th so don’t wait. For more information or answers to any questions please see Mrs. Hawthorne, Ms. Davidson, or Ms. King.

*Good Luck to our Varsity Baseball team as they take on Broomfield at Coors Field today at 2:00pm.
*ABK Girls Soccer is having a fundraiser at Zell's (across from AHS), this Wednesday evening, March 15th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. 20% of the proceeds will go to the ABK Girls Soccer program. Come support our team and have a NO COOK Wednesday!
