*Tomorrow there are two Dish for Wishes: Eat the best pancakes with us from Flippin’ Flapjacks for $6 from 8:00am to 9:30am HERE AT AHS on the south patio and enjoy a delicious Bad Daddy’s Burger in Streets of Southglenn from 11:00am-8:00pm.

*Wednesday, the Warrior Week Badminton Tourney begins during both lunches. Sign up to play with a partner by TODAY.  The cost is $5 per person.  Play begins Wednesday. April 19th during your lunch.  See the Badminton Tournament signs all over school or ask your PE teacher if you have questions.  Also on Wednesday, the Annual Warrior Week Senior vs Faculty basketball game will be in the Main gym at 6:30pm.  Admission is $5, and $1 per free throw contest at halftime.

*Seniors: If you have not yet submitted the Senior Exit Survey in Naviance, please do so as soon as you know your post secondary plans. It must be completed before you can pick up your cap & gown! Those who submit answers by 5/4 will be included in The Herald's Senior Map, and those who submit by 5/10 and are qualified will be invited to the Awards Convocation.

*Also, Seniors: please submit verification of any and all scholarship offers to Ms. Conn as soon as possible, even those from schools you don't plan to attend! We don't know your awards if you don't tell us!

*Summer is near...a Lifeguard Recertification class will take place the weekend of May 20th. Please email Mrs. Abner if you are interested in this Lifeguard Recertification class.

*This year’s AP Environmental Science students invite you to celebrate Earth Day on Friday, April 21st from 7:45am-8:25am in the Science Office. You can participate by wearing reused fashion including vintage items borrowed from friends or family members or items found at thrift stores. Participants who come to the science office will enter raffles, take photos, and get stickers/flowers to show their commitment! The purpose is to help all Warriors feel empowered to encourage thoughtful spending, demonstrate how easy it is to reuse instead of buying new, and to shine a light on the environmental impact of “fast fashion.”

*The Art Department would like to invite you to check out our annual spring art show, the AHS "Art Attack." The show is currently on display in the East Wing of the building, the cafeteria showcase (by the counseling office), as well as in the library. This is a student submission show, displaying artwork created by our students both in and out of our art classes. The Art Attack will be on display from now until Friday, May 12th.

*Support the Arapahoe Band program on Thursday, April 20th.   Bring your family and friends to Fajita Pete’s at EITHER their Centennial or Highlands Ranch location.  10% of sales, all day from both locations, will be donated to Arapahoe Band Boosters.
