General Announcements
Hey
Speech and Debate members! There is a veterans meeting next Thursday, August 27th for past members of the team.
Please do your best to attend so we can discuss plans for this coming year. For
those who are interested in joining Speech and Debate for the first time, more
information will come soon.
Attention
Writers, Poets, and Artists. The Muse would like you to join us for our first
informational meeting of the year this coming Tuesday the 25th in room E11 at
2:30. We will be discussing leadership opportunities and some new ideas to
bring to our magazine. See you there.
Does
your student ID have an SBA stamp? If you paid $30 for the SBA pass and
your ID does not say SBA on it, fill out the online form to request a new
ID. Click on the registration button on the left side of the Arapahoe
homepage to find the form. You will be contacted by email when the ID's
are reprinted.
Hey
Warriors! Are you guys ready to show off your moves at the Back to School Dance
this week? If so, we'll see you tonight
from 8:00-10:00 in the cafeteria. The cost is $5, and
no non-Arapahoe students are permitted. School dress code will be enforced;
ladies, you may wear tank tops, but no spaghetti straps. See you there!
Athletics
Attention all Warriors interested in trying out
for the 2015 Arapahoe Cheerleading Team. There will be an athlete
information meeting on Wednesday, August 26th in
the forum during both lunches. Please register online at ahswarriors.org.
Tryouts will be on Saturday, August 29 at 9:00 am.
All
boys interested in playing basketball this winter, we will be starting open
gyms next Monday the 24th at 5:30 in the main gym. Please go to the Boys
Basketball webpage found on the activities page on the Arapahoe Website for the
Calendar and dates of all fall open gyms
