Announcements
Want to be the voice behind the
morning announcements? Come try out to be one of our many talented daily
announcement readers! Auditions for the 2016-2017 school year will be held next
Wednesday, May 4th in room E-15. Please see Ms. Biggi in the
Attendance Office to sign up for an audition time. Time slots are available
starting at 2:30. See you at auditions!
The big Mr. Arapahoe Competition is tomorrow
night at 7 pm in the AHS
theater! Tickets are only 5 dollars, and will be sold today and tomorrow at
lunch or at the door. Bring your friends and come enjoy an evening of laughter
and Warrior spirit!
Leave your lunch at home tomorrow, and join us for a free lunch on the south patio! The
Arapahoe section at Cherry Hills Community Church will provide free hot dogs,
chips, and drinks for all students and staff. Save your money, grab your
friends, and enjoy a fun lunch right here on campus!
Attention all seniors that have taken a
Personal Finance class. Applications are now available for the $1000
Personal Finance Scholarship. Please stop by the post grad office to
pick up information. Applications are due May 2nd.
Sophomores and
juniors...if you missed your post grad appointment to work in Naviance, please
come in for "walk-in" appointments today, tomorrow, Thursday,
or Friday of this week during your off hour. Seniors..."make the
map!" Please sign in to Naviance to complete the Senior Exit Survey today!
If you would like to work in the DECA Store next year, please
stop by the Business Office for an application.
Athletics
Congrats to the freshmen baseball team on their
win against Smoky Hill! It was a nail bitter with
a final score of 19-16. Great job warriors!
Congratulations to the ABK Girls C-team in their
6-0 win Friday against
the Cherry Creek Royals. Mallory Gueller and Carly Sweet each contributed two
goals while Chloe Moore and Aubrey Stoddard each had one. Great game ladies!
Both
teams of the men of volleyball had a great day at the Paul Hastings tournament
on Saturday. Congratulations to the gold team on taking second place! Go
Warriors!
Come to the pool tomorrow at 4:30 pm to
cheer on the boys swim and dive team as they compete against Cherry Creek!
