General Announcements
Juniors and seniors! Prom is coming up and you know what that
means - it’s time to nominate your fellow students for the 2017 Prom Royalty
Court! This will take place during tribe and throughout the day on April 18th. The nominations you select will be voted upon at prom on May 6th.
Hey Seniors! Interested in speaking at graduation? Sign up for tryouts
for keynote speaker outside of Mr. Ceriani's office. Last day to sign up is Monday,
April 24.
Tickets
are on sale right now for our spring musical, Parmageddon! You can go to Mr.
Ahern’s teacher page for the link online. Starting today, we will be selling
tickets at lunch. Tickets are $8 for students and $10 for adults. The show runs Thursday April 20th through Saturday April 22nd
Hello fellow
Warriors, Prom Tickets are on sale online starting April 17th!
Purchase through the Bookkeeper’s Corner on the Arapahoe Home Page through Tuesday, May 2. Each upperclassman can
purchase up to two tickets for $40 each. Cost is $45 at the door. Tickets
purchased online will be handed out starting Wednesday,
May 3rd thru Friday, May 5th in the cafeteria during
both lunches. Please bring your student ID to receive your purchase. Remember
to bring your ticket and ID to the prom!
PROM/After Prom GUEST FORMS are available in the Attendance/Activities Office April 10-28. Completed forms must be returned to the activities office no later than 3 pm on Friday, April 28. Please follow the detail Instructions on the forms, including all forms must be returned with a legible photocopy of your guest.
This is a reminder that seniors will
complete the Senior Exit Survey
in TRIBE, next Tuesday, April 18th.
Please bring your charged laptop, Chromebook, or other device which you can use
to access this online survey in Naviance. Seniors, you must complete this
survey before picking up your cap and gown on Senior Fun in the Sun Day.
Are you
interested in being a leader at Arapahoe? Want to make a change and leave a
positive impact on the school? Then you should consider running for a Student
Council position! Come to one of our intent-to-run meetings on Tuesday,
the 18th for more information. 6:45 a.m. in the forum
OR 2:30 in room C1458. Attendance at one of these meetings is
mandatory for anyone hoping to run.
Art Attack is now up in the east
wing of the building and in the library. Please check it out. If you
submitted work to the show, we will be holding a short reception next Tuesday, April 18th,
to announce the
winners in each category as well as hand out cash prizes. The reception
will start at 7 pm in the theater hallway; awards will be
given at 7:30.

Athletics
Attention
girls hoping to try out for volleyball next fall. We will have open
gyms on Tuesday nights from 6.30-9pm, now until finals week!
Please show up early to help set up nets. No forms or fees, just show up ready
to play! GO WARRIORS!
Come out today and watch your Warrior Baseball team take on the Raptors
from Eaglecrest at 4:15 on the baseball field.
The girls’ varsity tennis teams both had
undefeated weeks. The JV team beat Eaglecrest, Valor and finished the
week off with a win against Cherokee Trail. The varsity squad beat
Eaglecrest and Cherokee Trail. Come on out to the tennis courts on Tuesday and cheer on the Warrior tennis teams as they play their final home match of the season against Mullen.
The Arapahoe Varsity Lacrosse Boys
have 2 games this weekend:
Tonight they will be facing
Eaglecrest at 5:30 pm at the LPS Stadium.
On
Saturday night they will be playing Rock Canyon at Shea Stadium at 5 pm.
Come out to both
of the games and support Arapahoe Lacrosse. Go Warriors!
