Hey Warriors!!
Have you been wondering who will be the 2017 Mr. Arapahoe?! Wait no longer!
Next Tuesday, May 2nd, at 7 o’ clock,
come out and see the very talented senior boys compete for the title of Mr.
Arapahoe!! Tickets are $5 and will be sold during both lunches on
Monday and Tuesday or at the door Tuesday Night!! Hope to see you there!
Leave your lunch at home next Tuesday, May 2nd, and join us for a free lunch on
the south patio! The Arapahoe HS section at Cherry Hills Community Church
will be providing free hot dogs, chips and drinks for all students and
staff. Save your money, grab your friends, and enjoy a
fun lunch right here on campus!
Free Alive @ 25 class Wednesday May 3rd at
2:30 pm in room W 1874. If
you are voluntarily taking the class the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79
fee. If you are 15 1/2 you can get drivers permit after taking the class
and a lot insurance companies give you a discount. This is a 4 1/2 hour class.

All freshmen,
Sophomores and Juniors:
Don't forget to put
in your locker partner request for next year. This must be done by
THIS FRIDAY, April 28th and the link can be
found under the registration tab on the AHS homepage. Otherwise, a partner
will be selected for you.
Attention juniors and seniors…After Prom Tickets will be on
sale Wednesday, May 3rd thru Friday, May 5th in the cafeteria
during both lunches. Tickets are $20. Tickets at the door will be
$25. Remember to bring your ticket and ID to after prom!
Juniors and
Seniors, Prom ticket sales are on sale now online on the AHS website under the
Bookkeepers Corner. You will pick up hard copies of your tickets
on May 3-5 in the cafeteria.
PROM/After Prom GUEST FORMS are available in the
Attendance/Activities Office April 10-28. Completed forms must be
returned to the activities office no later than 3 pm on Friday,
April 28. Please be sure to follow the Instructions on the forms.
Hey
seniors! The Herald magazine staff is getting ready for the final issue and we
need your help. Remember to complete your senior bucket list form and turn it
in by Friday, April 28th to the Social Studies
department office or the journalism room, E-1288. Also, please complete the
senior exit survey in Naviance by Monday, May 1st if you
want your name to be listed on the senior college map in The Herald!
Seniors-please check your lunch money account
this week, if there is a balance you can get a refund, if you owe anything,
this account must be paid up, please check in with the AHS kitchen staff.
Monies you have left over can be transferred to a sibling or donated to the
“Lunch Shares Program”, have your parents check with the Nutrition Services
Office.
Anyone interested in trying out for the
Arapahoe baseball summer teams, we will be holding tryouts May 8th and 9th from 5:30-8 pm on
the JV baseball field.
Please
come out and support the Varsity baseball team on Thursday April 27th at 4:15 as they take on Overland.
The Arapahoe Varsity Lacrosse Boys will be facing Overland tonight at 7:30 pm at the LPS Stadium. Come out to support your warriors!
Anyone interested in trying out for the 2017-2018 cheer team must plan to attend an important informational meeting being held tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the Forum. Details will be shared with all parents and student-athletes regarding tryouts .
Attention
girls hoping to try out for volleyball next fall. We will have open
gyms on Tuesday nights from 6.30-9 pm, now until finals week!
Please show up early to help set up nets. No forms or fees, just show up ready
to play! GO WARRIORS!
