The December issue of The Herald news magazine will be distributed tomorrow during 2nd period. Pick up a copy from your teacher or from the newsstands in the cafeteria.
Attention Seniors! Are you ready to make your mark on Arapahoe High School? Following finals next Tuesday, December 19th, you will have an opportunity to leave your handprint on our senior wall! Meet in the senior (or "T" hallway) at noon on Tuesday the 19th for free snacks and to place your hand print on the class of 2018's signature wall.
The winner of the gingerbread house contest is 9th grade - Nolan Fowler! Congratulations, stop by the cafeteria this week to pick up your prize.
Former Students of Powell Middle School, please refrain from "visiting" Powell Middle School during their school hours (7:45 am-3:00 pm). You are only allowed to be on their campus if you have communicated with the teacher you are planning to "visit" ahead of time, and scheduled a visit with them after school hours. If you are discovered on campus or in the school without prior permission, you will be asked to leave. If you continue to come on campus after being asked to leave, you may be ticketed.
Students - Your PSAT results are in the Counseling Department. Stop by and pick them up! If you’ve lost anything recently please check the lost and found table that’s located in the cafeteria. Items remaining after finals week will be donated.
Athletics
Attention all Baseball players. If you are interested in tryouts for the spring season there will be a meeting this Friday at 2:30 in room E1287.
Come Cheer on our Lady Water Warriors! Tonight at 5:00 PM our JV swim and Dive have a home meet vs. Overland. Then on Saturday our qualifying athletes will compete in the Coaches Invitational at Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center in Thornton. Prelims begin at 9:00 AM, Finals at 4:00 PM.
Come out to support the Varsity hockey team tomorrow at 4:15 at South Suburban Ice Rink when they play Doherty High School. Varsity also plays Saturday night against Chatfield at 8:30 pm at the Edge Ice Rink. Be sure to check the Arapahoe website for further details
