General Announcements

*Warriors, do you like pie? Free pie in the library after school this Thursday. Take a moment to help Link Crew celebrate Veterans Day by writing a Thank You letter to a Veteran while spending time with friends and eating pie.

*Looking for a job? Check out the job board in the business hallway.

*Did you know that a pint of blood can save up to 3 lives? Sources of Strength will be hosting a blood drive for our thankfulness challenge on Thursday, November 17th. Sign up will be during lunches November 11, 12, 15 and 16 for your scheduled appointment to donate blood. Anyone ages 16 or older can donate (16 and 17 need parent permission and all must meet the blood donor qualifications). Please consider donating and saving a life.

*Today we kick off the 20th annual Warrior Toy Drive! Every year, the Arapahoe High School Community donates holiday gifts to a highly impacted school in the Denver metro area. This year we have chosen to support East Elementary! Our toy drive will run from November 8th - December 8th. Students and Staff will be delivering these toys on December 14th directly to East while our Arapahoe Singers carol for them. Toy donations are for girls and boys ages 5-12, ranging in price from $10-20. Please do not donate weapons or toys that require batteries. We hope you will consider giving to this wonderful cause. It is a powerful experience that both the students at East Elementary and Arapahoe High School will remember for years to come. If you would like to donate a monetary contribution we will do the shopping for you and provide school supplies to all the classrooms too.
