General Announcements
*Warriors - there will be a free Alive@25 class Monday, October 2nd at 3:45pm - 8:15pm in room W1874. If you are voluntarily taking the class, the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79 fee. If you are 15½ you can get a driver's permit after taking the class and a lot of insurance companies give a discount for taking the class. This is a 4½ hour class so bring a snack. Sign up on-line at www.aliveat25.us and use the password "arapahoe". Any questions, please ask Deputy Englert.
Athletics
*We want to wish the boys varsity tennis good luck as they compete in the Pueblo South Invitational today and tomorrow.
*Our cross country team heads out early this afternoon for the 3 p.m. Dave Sanders Invitational.
*Come cheer on your Field Hockey teams as they take on Cheyenne Mountain tonight here at the Turf Field. Varsity plays at 6:30 and JV at 7:30.
*The softball teams play at Eaglecrest High School, Varsity at 11am and JV at 1pm.
*Varsity football plays Rock Canyon at Echo Park Field this evening at 7.
*Saturday, the freshman and JV football teams play Rock Canyon here on the Turf Field at 9am and 11:30am.
*Your Arapahoe Boys Golf team has qualified for the State Championships that will take place on October 2nd and 3rd. The three golfers that will be playing for the Warriors are Mac Buckly, Hogan David, and Trae Lundberg. Congratulations and best of luck at state!
