*Warriors - we're thrilled to announce the launch of our new ASL club, where you can learn and practice American Sign Language in a welcoming environment! Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this club is for you! Come join us TODAY at 3:35pm in room C1436. Reach out to Ms Winn if you have any questions.
*Join us for the Season of Giving and help Student Council Class of 2028 kick off our Annual Food Drive for the East Community Center. Drop off any non-perishable food and/or hygiene items in the boxes in the Bubble, across from the Library and the Trophy hallway. But that’s not all, bring in items on Wednesday, October 23rd - Friday, October 25th before school or during lunches in the cafeteria to ENTER our fabulous raffle. Every donation these 3 days gets you a chance to win amazing prizes while giving back to our wonderful community! Raffle winners will be announced on Monday, Oct. 28th.
*Warriors - Arapahoe Ski and Ride Club is back! We will meet TODAY after school in room N1485. We hope to see you there.
*Don’t miss the Colorado Council College Fair this Wednesday, October 23rd, from 6:00pm-7:30 pm in both AHS gyms! Meet with representatives from nearly 50 colleges from across the U.S. — all without leaving campus! Look for the QR codes posted around the school to register now and save time at check-in. Don’t call college a dream, call it a plan!
*Please come check the Lost & Found table in the cafeteria if you’re missing a water bottle, jacket, coat, lunchbox, etc.
Athletics
*Congratulations to the following Warrior Mountain Bike Club riders that qualified for the Colorado HS Cycling League State Championships on October 19th and 29th in Glenwood Springs - Ian Edwards, Ryder Morrison, Dean Jones, Grayson O'Kane, Nora Cuthbert and Dillon Jones. Our 6 mountain bikers made States after competing with over 2000 racers from over 90 high schools in Colorado.
*Come get loud and support your Girls Varsity Softball team as they start Regional competition at Valor HS, Friday, October 18th @ 10:00am against Pueblo West.
*Come out and support your Warrior Football team at HOME on Friday, October 18th against Smoky Hill.
*Warriors - show your community spirit and come out to support the Arapahoe Boys Lacrosse team as they host their First Annual Fund-Raising Golf Tournament on Sunday, October 20 at Homestead Golf Course starting @ 9:30am.
