*Attention ALL current Sophomores and Juniors! Do you have excellent swimming skills? The Swim Waiver sign-up is open and under the ‘News’ section on the AHS website. The test will be given April 22nd at 7:40am in the Arapahoe pool.
*Calling All Sophomores & Juniors! Are you ready to be a LINK CREW Leader? Make an impact and help guide next year's freshmen, the class of 2030! *Ready for a job or a new job? The Arapahoe Job Fair will be after school in the cafeteria on Thursday, April 16th. The businesses that are attending are hiring now. Dress professionally and come ready to interview. Jobs may be offered on the spot. See you there!
*Warriors - National Honor Society would love your help with their ‘Book Drive’ April 1st - April 13th to support ‘Reach Out and Read Colorado’. This is a nonprofit that supports early childhood success by promoting reading in pediatric care. New and gently used books are accepted. Look for donation boxes throughout the school.
*Seniors - The Class of 2026 Senior Exit Survey is in your inbox! If you know your plan for the fall, don't delay! It must be completed in order to pick up your cap and gown.
*Hey Arapahoe! The Creative Writing Club is looking for submissions for The Muse, our Arapahoe High School literary magazine! Whether it's an essay you are proud of, poems and/or fiction that you write in your free time, submit by April 15th to be placed into the next issue of the Muse. Use the QR codes on the back of the Muse found in the Library or the posters in the hallways!
Athletics
*Good luck to our Girls Varsity Tennis team TODAY starting @ 8:00am at Cherry Creek HS.
*Come out and pack the stands to cheer on our Boys & Girls Varsity Lacrosse teams TONIGHT at Centennial Stadium. The girls team will take on Northfield @ 5:00pm followed by the boys team @ 7:00pm against Cherokee Trail. The boys JV will play at 4:30pm at Powell Middle School.
*Come out and cheer on your Warrior Track & Field team at the Lion Classic TOMORROW at Littleton Stadium starting at 8:00am.
*Pack the stands for our Boys Varsity Baseball team TOMORROW @ HOME against Mullen at 11:00am. The Freshman will play Cherokee Trail at HOME @ 1:30pm. The JV team will play Cherokee Trail at Cherokee Trail HS.
*Congratulations to both the Varsity and JV Boys Swimming and Diving teams on their big wins over league rival Grandview last night. The boys are in action again next Thursday for their final dual meet of the season. Keep winnin' fellas!
*Warriors - Cheerleading tryouts will be held April 21st-23rd! If you have not yet filled out the interest form, please make sure to do so as soon as possible! We hope to see you there!
