General
Announcements
Warriors, it is always important that you attend all
of your classes. Ask any upperclassmen and they will tell you that one of the
keys to doing well in class is attending every day and being on time. For the
next two weeks, your attendance will also be important in determining how our
school gets funded. The annual October count determines how much money our
school gets from the state, based on how many students we have attending.
Please make sure you are making every effort to attend all of your classes
every day.
Juniors,
the PSAT test is coming. When? . . . October 17! Registration starts tomorrow

Attention all juniors and seniors: Who
loved that 8th grade trip to Washington DC? Who was left

All of you have another chance to go. Juniors and seniors are eligible to
go to DC for a week in March to take part in a trip that is far more than
tourism. Discuss and debate the issues of the day with students from all
over the country. Interact with those who do government. And have
fun with your friends, too. For those
interested in this trip please attend an informational meeting TODAY at 2:30 in
Room C8. If you are unable to attend the meeting please see Mr. Hawthorne
or Mr. Meyer in the Social Studies department TODAY.
