General Announcements

*It’s time for the second FBLA meeting this Wednesday after school in the forum!  Come to enjoy the lip sync competition, learn about competitive events and grab a cookie!  We look forward to seeing you there!

*The first informational meeting of the Technology Student Association or TSA, is rescheduled for NEXT Wednesday, Oct. 2nd after school @ 3:35 PM in the Woods Classroom, E1284.  TSA is for students who want to take their interest in STEM, Technology, and Engineering one step further, have fun, meet new people, and perhaps get the chance to travel along the way.  Come and find out more about this exciting opportunity next Wednesday!

*The Computer Science Club will meet Tuesday 9/24 (today) after school in 1496 (Ms. Bownds room). 

*Registration for the PSAT will open Wednesday, September 25th.  Cost is $20 cash or check. Please see Ms. Vail in the counseling office.

*Seniors!  Do you have an October 15 college application deadline?  If so, blue forms are due to Mrs. Arnold in the Main Office by the end of the day on Oct 1st.  

*Juniors (and interested sophomores) need a little boost before you take your PSAT? Sycamore Learning Company will be offering 5-hour seminars on September 25 & 26 for $86.  For more information, please visit the counseling office.



Athletics    

*Our Warrior Varsity Golf Team won Regionals again this year in Colorado Springs! Our team’s top finisher earned the Regional Champion title shooting a four under par. GOOD LUCK AT STATE!

*Our Warrior Field Hockey Teams battled hard against Colorado Academy and played like true Warriors but lost to tough competition. Their next games are this Saturday against Kent.

*Congrats to the JV Gold Boys Tennis Team as they placed 2nd in the Kent Denver 
Invitational this past weekend. Strong showings by all the teams, including a 1st place win by the 2 Doubles team.
