General Announcements

*A message from Mrs. Pramenko: By now, I am sure most of you have seen the email I sent last Friday to students and parents regarding your help and cooperation with following our school dress code. The reason I believe you have read it is that we all noticed a significant improvement yesterday! As I mentioned in the email, dressing for the educational environment is important and it reflects personal pride and appearance. Compared to most schools, our dress code provides a tremendous amount of flexibility and is also written in a manner that encompasses all students - regardless of gender.

I am not going to reiterate the dress code here, but if you did not look at it in the email on Friday, please take a few minutes to do so during TRIBE this morning. It can also be found on p. 22 of your AHS Student Planner and the same email was sent to your teachers as well, so they too can help you find it.

I was very proud of your response to dress appropriately yesterday and look forward to a lot of really fun and exciting opportunities to spend time together as a student body this spring. Seniors, especially - participate in everything these final 8 weeks of your time here at Arapahoe. It will be gone before you know it! Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your attention this morning, and make it a great day, Warriors!!!

*Club Unified meets this Wednesday in room E1275 right after school! Hope to see you there!

*Sergeant Kelby-Buchanan and Sergeant Copeland from the US Army will be available in the cafeteria today during both lunches for anyone interested in speaking with them about a career in the military.

*The Computer Science coding club meets after school Today in Ms Bownd’s room.

*The Big Idea Project supporting homeless members of our community ends this Friday so remember to keep bringing in any warm clothing or blankets you can donate to our cause. There are four donation boxes located around the school and all boxes also have a QR code on them for easy access to a gofundme for the Denver Rescue Mission. Thank you warriors for all your support!
