*The weather is getting colder. Are you missing a hoodie, jacket or water bottle. Check out the Lost and Found table in the Cafeteria.
*Warriors - are you still planning to join one of the largest clubs at Arapahoe? If you'd like to be a part of the Future Business Leaders of America, or FBLA, the deadline for signup is approaching very quickly. You do not have to be in any business classes, you just need to be ready to have a lot of fun! Stop by the Business hallway and scan the QR codes to join our Google Classroom and fill out the membership forms. The deadline is October 23rd and we cannot accept membership applications after that deadline.
*Class of 2027, next week, October 20th-22nd are the Colorado Free Application Days! Get your college applications ready! See your counselor or stop into the PSC if you have questions!
*Hey Juniors and Seniors - nNext week the PSC is hosting Pepperdine University, University of South Carolina, University of Manchester, TCU, Bentley University, Pittsburgh, LSU, The US Marine Corps and UC Colorado Springs! Sign up in Scoir!
*Calling all students and staff time to show off your coloring skills for our first Annual Coloring Contest. Stop by the library and grab the coloring sheet to show off your creativity! All entries are due by Wednesday, October 28th.
Athletics
*Come join the LPS Gymnastics team at Yogurtland across from AHS on Wednesday, October 14th from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Get a sweet treat and support our team at the same time. A portion of the proceeds will go to the LPS Grymnastics program which includes some of our AHS athletes!!
*Come cheer on our Boys Varsity Football team TOMORROW as they take on Northfield at All City Stadium @ 7:00pm. The Warriors are riding HIGH after the - not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4th OT WIN over Cherokee Trail last week! Come support another W!! On Friday, JV will play at 7:00pm after the Freshman team play at 5:00pm at Northfield HS.
*Good luck to our Girls Varsity Softball team as they head to Regionals on Friday, starting at 10:00am at Erie HS.
*Good luck to our Boys Varsity Tennis team as they head to the 5A CHSAA State Tennis Championship Friday and Saturday at Denver Tennis Park & Denver South HS.
*Come pack the stands for our Girls Flag Football team in the 2nd round of the 5A CHSAA State Flag Football Championship Saturday against Grandview @ 2:15pm at Trail Blazer Stadium. With a WIN they will also play at 6:15pm.
