Seniors! The yearbook staff has posted the senior portraits in the hallway next
to the journalism in Room E8. Please stop by to check the accuracy of your
senior photo and biography. We are finalizing the senior section and will send
it to the printer soon.
Athletics
16 and 4 now! Your Arapahoe Varsity girls basketball team is on
a winning streak by six in a row! They dominated Overland last night with
a final score of 75-30! Ten players scored! Double digit scorers were
Jennah Knafelc (26), Macy Ziegler (15) and Katie Crowley (11). Eight players
rebounded. Rebounds were dominated by Annabelle Brewer (10). Macy Ziegler lead
assists. Steals were lead by Macy Ziegler (5), Annabelle Brewer (4), and Madi
Matthews (4). The next game for the Varsity team is this tomorrow at 5:30 p.m.
right before the boys game at Arapahoe! Come out and support the basketball
teams! Wear pink and bring $$ to donate to Breast Cancer Awareness!! The JV girls basketball team dominated
Overland last night in a 43-20 win. Becca
Garner lead a balanced offense in scoring with 11 points. Next game for the
team is tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. at AHS against Smoky Hill.
"Pink Card" distribution will be held in the
cafeteria during lunches as follows: Girls Golf, Soccer and
Tennis - today. Please make sure you have registered online and have
a current physical on file with the Athletic Office before trying to get your
pink card. Go Warriors!

Warriors! The Spear will broadcast the big double-header of both the girls and
boys basketball games against Smoky Hill tomorrow starting at 5:00. The link to
the Spear can be found on the Arapahoe homepage. Check your LPS email for info
on setting up a Spear account.
Anyone
interested in being a part of the 2015 Arapahoe Warrior Track and Field team
should attend an informational meeting after
school today at 2:30 in Room S14. We will
be discussing the upcoming spring season. Come and be a part of the Arapahoe
track family. If you are currently in a Fall sport and unable to attend please
see Coach Lienemann sometime before the end of the week.
