General Announcements

Attention Key Club Members or Newcomers to KEY Club! The first meeting will be September 12^st. in room E1287 the tiered classroom.  See you then!

Homecoming Talent Show: Auditions are: TODAY!! September 8^th

from 2:40-6:40 in room number E1341.  Pick up an application in the main office. The talent show is Monday September 26^th

 "Do you always win arguments?  Do you like giving a performance?

How about current events? Then you should join speech and debate! Our team will be having a meeting for anyone who is interested in joining. You can learn about the different events, meet new people, and eat food! What’s not to like? Come join us on Today after school in C1452. For more information, go to the speech and debate website."

Hey freshman, grab a friend and come kick it around with your Link Leaders on Saturday the 10th from 1-3 pm at Cherry Knolls Park.

We’ll have a fun game of kickball, otter pops for everyone, music, and other fun activities. Can’t wait to see you there!

The Bookkeeper's office can now reprint lost or incorrect student IDs.  If you need an ID printed, please fill out the form on the Bookkeeper's page of the school website.  You will be contacted through your school email when it is ready to pick up from the Bookkeeper's office.

Art Club will be meeting TODAY after school in room 1283, see you then!

Athletics

 Football tickets for the Arapahoe vs Heritage football game will be sold tomorrow,  Friday, September 9th from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the Main Entrance.  Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for students (K-12). Arapahoe students with an Activity Pass will not need to purchase a ticket.  These students will need to present their student I.D. at the pass gate for free admission to the game.  Go Warriors!

The Arapahoe High School Cheer Team will be holding a Car Wash this Saturday, September 10th in the AHS east parking lot (bubble) from 10am-1pm. Please come out and get your car washed and support them

Boys basketball open gym will be cancelled today, Thursday from Coach Jansen

  Last night, your Boys’ Varsity Soccer team lost by a score of 1-0 to Bear Creek. The Arapahoe Junior Varsity beat Bear Creek’s JV by a score of 11-1.

Boys Soccer: The third and final day of the Warrior Invitational Tournament is Saturday. The Arapahoe Varsity will face off against Liberty High School at 3:00 at Littleton Public Schools stadium. The JV team with play against Lakewood at 1:00 at AHS in the Junior Varsity Championship game.

 Both Warrior squads will be teaming up with “Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer” and showing their support with all the boys wearing Gold shoelaces for their games Saturday. Each player will donate $5 for their laces, and we will have the opportunity for all local spectators to contribute to this great national cause as well. See you Saturday!
