General Announcements
Did the visit of the Arapaho people to our school last year provoke
curiosity of a lifestyle and culture that you’d like to learn more about?. Wind
River Reservation Trip applications are now being accepted, if you would like
to be part of the journey, you must apply. Applications can be found in the
Activities/Attendance office, application and essay and must be returned by
Friday, February 24th. There is limited space and applicants will be
notified of selection by March 24th.

It will start at 2:30, please be on time. If you signed up on line
PLEASE show up. If you want to take the class you can still sign up on line or
speak with Deputy Englert
Juniors:
If you have signed up for the ACT seminar with Sycamore Learning Company, you
will be meeting in the Forum Feb. 8th and 9th from 3-5:30PM.
Enter the school through the North entrance.
Athletics
Hey Warriors, would you like to see the most spirited Team at Arapahoe?
Well if you come to
the Sitting Eagle Gym on Wednesday night you will see your Unified
Warriors take on the Columbine Rebels at 7 pm. We are on a winning streak,
so come and cheer us on to a victory.
Boys Lacrosse: come to the Pre-Tryout
Meeting TODAY at 6:30pm in the Cafeteria.
Thursday is
Colorado State High School 5A Championships. The prelims for diving begin
at 10:30 am to kick off the competition at Veterans Memorial
Aquatic Center in Thornton. Doors open at 9:30. Prelims for swimming
begin at 4:00, doors open at 2:30. Friday at 4:00 are
Finals also held at VMAC in Thornton, doors open at 2:30 as
well. Tickets are on sale at www.gofan.co (yes
.co, not .com). Arapahoe has 16 qualifying athletes.
Good Morning Warrior Baseball Players! The spring season is almost
here! All boys wanting to tryout for baseball need to be at the booster
club meeting tonight at 7 PM in the forum. We will be covering
information about tryouts and the spring season.
