Juniors (and interested sophomores) registration for PSAT is now open! Come to the Counseling Department and sign up. Cost for PSAT is $20. Registration is from now until Oct. 3rd. The PSAT test will be happening Wednesday morning, Oct. 10th. We are encouraging every junior to take this test. The PSAT is the only exam to qualify a student for National Merit Scholar Status, when taken during junior year.
Athletics
Your Varsity Boys’ Soccer team plays a home match against Smoky Hill High School this afternoon at 4:30. The Junior Varsity will play Smoky Hill at 4:30 as well, on the JV field. Come cheer your Warriors to victory!
AHS Cheerleading is selling tickets for their fundraiser night with the Denver Nuggets. Join in on the fun on Saturday, November 3rd, as the Nuggets take on the Utah Jazz at the Pepsi Center. When you purchase through AHS Cheer, your ticket is discounted and a portion of each ticket sold goes back to the AHS Cheerleading Program. Lower level tickets are being sold for $45, and upper level tickets are being sold for $29. Order tickets online by using the link on the AHS Cheerleading social media accounts, or by the link posted on the flyers around school. Ask an AHS Cheerleader for help if you need further information!
