 General Announcements

*Attention all Arapahoe Artists… The Art Attack is Back! This year's show will be virtual and we are currently accepting submissions.  To enter, look for the QR code found on signs and screens around the building. For more information or answers to any questions please see Mrs. Hawthorne, Ms. Davidson, or Ms. King in the Art Department.

*Juniors, sophomores, and freshman students and families!  Our virtual College and Career Night is two weeks from today! We hope this is an event you will attend each year you are at AHS. Freshman sessions provide foundational overviews, sophomore sessions are more specific to the career and college exploration stage, and junior sessions zero in on topics crucial to the college application process. This event also includes presentations for those interested in community college, trade school, apprenticeships, or entering the workforce with specific skills. There is literally something for everyone. Save the date of Monday, March 8th from 7:00-9:00 PM!  Session details are coming soon.

*Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores!  There are six virtual college visits this coming Wednesday.  If you would like to learn about Miami University, Cal Poly, Grand Canyon University, Metro State, UCCS, or UCD, log in to Naviance to sign up!

*CALLING ALL AHS SNOWBOARDERS AND SKIERS!! Make sure to email Mrs. Abner your gnarly videos or photos by February 28th. Film or photo your talents in horizontal format, no more than 2 minutes.  Kabner@lps.k12.co.us
