Announcements
Hey Warriors! Homecoming is next week! Come kick off the
week with the talent show on Monday at 7 p.m.! There will be one show at 7 p.m.,
and royalty will be announced at this show. Buy your $5 tickets at lunch or at
the door. Next Wednesday, on
the baseball field at 7 p.m., is the Homecoming Bonfire.
Next Friday is the Homecoming Pep assembly. Also, Saturday the 13th at 10 a.m. at the Streets
of Southglenn is the Homecoming Parade, and that night the Main Gym becomes a
dance floor! The dance goes from 8:00-11:00 p.m. Tickets will be sold at both
lunches all next week. Tickets are $10 in advance $15 at the door. Theme days for next week are as follows: Monday- Black and White, Tuesday- Colorado Day, Wednesday-
Wacky Tacky day, Thursday- Superhero day, finishing out
the week is Spirit day! Freshman and Juniors come in gold, Sophomores and
Seniors come in black, Spirit day T-shirts will be available for $5 in the
cafeteria. Again, Monday is Black and White Day!!

Warriors! This year student council would like to invite the whole
student body to participate in the Homecoming parade. If you are interested in
making a float, make sure you have a staff sponsor and fill out the Homecoming
parade form on the student council webpage by today.
Students and Staff, please check your school email for a link to
a Google Form where we are asking for suggestions for the names of our five
group study rooms in the new library. Deadline for your suggestions
is September 15th.

Seniors: Have you heard about the
Boettcher Foundation Scholarship? It is essentially a full ride
scholarship to any college or university in Colorado. If you want to learn
more, please come to an information session either first or second lunch TODAY in the Forum. Questions? Ask Mrs.
Lewallen in the Post Grad Center.
Athletics
Your Varsity boys soccer team will play for the Warrior
Invitational Championship game on Saturday at LPS.
Come watch and cheer them on – game starts at 7:00 p.m.
