General Announcements
Attention Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors!
Many of you have not input your course requests online for your classes next
year. This MUST be done before arena scheduling. If you do not input your
course requests online THIS weekend, the portal will be closed, and you will be
required to do it before you are allowed to enter the arena floor.
You can use your scheduling worksheet, or you may come in and get your
registration card from the Guidance Office in order to enter these requests.
Today is the final day to purchase your
tickets for after prom. They are $20 each or $25 at the door. All
the food you can eat, great entertainment and the chance to win amazing prizes!
When you buy your tickets, enter our raffle for the chance to win: Tickets to Water World, tickets to Elitch's,
Rockies tickets, Film on the Rocks passes, passes to the Denver film festival,
and a pack of four to indoor go karts! Good luck!!
Today is the final day to purchase
Prom tickets. If you paid online please
pick up your tickets at lunch. You may
also purchase them with cash or check during lunch.
Do you need job experience?
Or something to add to your resume? Do you have too many unscheduled hours on
your schedule for next year? If you answered yes to these questions then we
have a great opportunity for you. We need student workers for the DECA store
for the 2015-16 school year. Students interested in working in the store can
pick up an application in the Business Office. Completed applications are
due today. See Mrs. Grantham or Ms.
Krueger if you have any questions.
Attention all seniors who
have taken Personal Finance class. Applications for the $1,000
personal finance college scholarship are available in the post grad
office. Applications are due today.
Attention girls in grades 9 through 11. Please
check your email for an invitation to hear a guest speaker next week.
Attention students and
parents . . . the school year is ending soon.
Do you have enough money in your lunch account to last until the end of
the year? Do you have a negative balance
that needs to be paid? Now is the time
to watch lunch account balances and pay off any past due amounts. As of May 4, students will not be permitted
to charge. Unsure of your balance? Ask one of the kitchen staff or check your
account at MySchoolBucks.com.
Leave your lunch at home Tuesday, May 5th
and join us for a free lunch on the south patio! The Arapahoe
High School section at Cherry Hills Community Church will be providing free hot
dogs, chips and drinks for all students and staff. Save your money, grab
your friends, and enjoy a fun lunch right here on campus!

Seniors, thank you for completing the Arapahoe Graduation Survey as soon as possible.
It is available on Naviance through Wednesday, May 6. Instructions
are posted on the home page of your Naviance account. Accurate, complete
information is essential. If you have questions, please stop by the Post Grad
Center.
Athletics
CONGRATULATIONS
Varsity girls tennis!!!! The team won their Regional Tournament. They are
Regional Champions!! All teams qualified for STATE. The team played
extremely well and won five 1st Place finishes and two 2nd Place
finishes. The team will continue on with their victory at The Gates
Center for State on May 7th-8th-and 9th. Let them know how proud we are of
them. Plan now to come out and watch your outstanding tennis team compete
at State.
Congratulations
to the Varsity girls soccer team in their 6-0 win over Overland. Goals
were scored by Dani Babb, Maddie Matthews, Grace Parsons, Izzy Benasso and
Haley Archuleta. Come out to Mullen tonight and
cheer the girls on in their final regular season game. Hope to see you there!

Arapahoe girls soccer won their second game of the tournament against Ft.
Collins 6-0. Join us tonight for
Championship again against Monarch at 5:00 at
AHS.
The JV girls lacrosse
Black team wins again! Their game yesterday against Columbine ended
with a score of 18-4! Tonight, at 7:30,
they will take on Littleton/Heritage at LPS Stadium. This is the last
match of the season, so please come out and show your Warrior support.
Attention lacrosse fans: Please come out to LPS today at 5:30 p.m. to
watch the Varsity girls lacrosse team play in the Annual 3 Sisters Tournament
against Littleton/Heritage! It’s the last game of the regular season and the girls
want to hear you cheer! We will be honoring our four Seniors . . . Annie
Garafalo, Katherine Steele, Alexis Linhardt and Kiennan Linhardt, at halftime,
for their dedication and tremendous efforts in leading our Varsity team this
2015 season! Immediately
following the Varsity team play, the JV Black team will take the field. It’s a
GREAT night of lacrosse! GO GIRLS LAX!!!!!
Nothing
makes Varsity Track and Field Warriors run faster than knowing they don’t want
to be late to Prom! That’s the case at tomorrow’s big
meet at the Stutler Bowl. Turn on your wheels for a few laps, then enjoy
the marathon evening that lies ahead.
