Announcements
Your 2015 Homecoming Royalty was crowned last night
at the talent show. The nominees were selected by the Arapahoe teachers, and
the winners were voted on by the student body. Both a nomination and an
election are a great honor and speak highly to the character of our students.
Your 2015 royalty are:

The next homecoming event is the bonfire on the baseball field
tomorrow night at 6:30. Please join us for the annual DECA
Homecoming Barbecue before the bonfire from 5:30 to 6:30! There will be burgers, hot dogs, and we are even
bringing back the old DECA cookies for the night...so come for dinner and watch
them start the fire!" Get Wacky Tacky for dress up tomorrow and happy homecoming
week!
Students,
we are as excited for Homecoming dress up days this week as you are! Please
remember that you need to follow all dress code rules: no masks, no weapons, no
underwear worn over clothing, and no inappropriate references on clothing. Thank
you.
Juniors, time is running out! You only
have two days left to register for the PSAT! Bring $15.00 and your student ID to the Guidance Office and sign up for
this very important test before it’s too late! The last day to register is tomorrow. For information on PSAT study sessions, please see
Mrs. Flinders in the Guidance Office.
There is an important FBLA meeting tomorrow after
school in room E-9. This is the first meeting where students will be able
to sign up for competitions.
The Driver Awareness Class is for students who are at least 15
& 1/2 years old and would like to obtain their permit. The class will
be held at Littleton High School on Thursday Oct 15th from 7:30-11:30,
in the Forum. To register call the Driver Ed office at 303-347-4380. The
cost is $39.
Athletics
Congratulations to the boys Freshman/Sophomore
soccer team for back to back wins over Grandview and Overland! The team was led
by 5 goals from Matthew Siayap and bolstered by great keeper play from Lucas
Miller. They take on Grandview at home tomorrow. Come out and help cheer them on!
Attention
Warriors...remember to come to the Volleyball Homecoming match against Mullen
tonight...Varsity starts at 6:15 in the Sitting Eagle Gymnasium. This is also
our Think Pink Night to raise money for Breast Cancer Research...so wear pink
and cheer us on to another VICTORY!! GO WARRIORS!!
All boys interested in basketball. Please
remind your parents about the mandatory meeting tonight at 7:00pm in
the forum. Go Warriors!
