*Warriors - do you like a good argument? Come check out the AHS Speech & Debate Club. We meet on Wednesdays at 2 times: 8:15am in the Library and 3:45pm in C1436 or across the hall C1438, depending on the week. Also, Congratulations to Suzie Benedict for placing 3rd in her Poetry Interpretation event in the Falcon Fiesta Speech Tournament February 21st.
*The 2026 Unity thru Unified Basketball Game will be Thursday, February 26th at Arapahoe. All of the LPS Unified programs will compete at this all inclusive event. We invite our biggest fans out to cheer with us and celebrate INCLUSION! This event is free and runs from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Let's pack the place and UNITE with UNIFIED!
*Warriors! Are you interested in learning about leadership from a chief engineer and author from Lockheed Martin? Join us in W1882 on Friday, February 27th, before school at 7:45am to learn more about how business and engineering go hand-in-hand.
*Sophomores and Juniors- Northern Arizona University and University of Nebraska are coming to the Post Secondary Center TOMORROW, sign up in Scoir. Seniors- new scholarship opportunities arrive everyday- stop into the PSC and pick up an application!
Athletics
*Warriors! Are you interested in being on the field at football games or on the court for volleyball and basketball games? Tryout for cheerleading! Your State and Nationally ranked cheer team team will be holding tryouts from April 21-23 . Please fill out an interest form and/or reach out to Coach Berry with any questions - mberry@lps.k12.co.us.
