must pick up an application from Mr. Brandberg in the World Languages
office. Applications are due today.

Speech and Debate Team members should plan to meet after school Tuesday in C15
at 2:30.
The Arapahoe High
School Speech and Debate Team competed this past weekend at the Regional State
Qualifying Tournament at Overland High School. Of the 22 members competing, eight
either qualified for the State Tournament or are alternates. Congratulations to
the following members for making it to State!
· Nash Jekot - qualifier National Extemporaneous Speaking
· Karl Pierson - alternate National Extemporaneous Speaking
· Ben Chisholm - alternate International Extemporaneous

There
will be a final TSA celebration meeting this Wednesday, March 13 after school
at 2:25 in Room E6. We will be celebrating our TSA
accomplishments and discussing the opportunities to attend TSA
Nationals this summer. This will be our last regular TSA meeting for the
2012-2013 school year. Hope to see you ALL there!!
Athletics
The JV boys black lacrosse team takes on Heritage today at
4:30 at Powell! Come out and support your boys!
Congratulations to the Varsity boys lacrosse team in their
victory over Heritage Friday night, with a final score of 14-6. Way to go
Warriors!
Great job JV Gold boys on your first game against
Heritage! The boys beat Heritage to a 6-5 win in overtime. Way to go Warriors!
The swim waiver for
all current Arapahoe High School students will be given Thursday, March 21st @
6:00 a.m. This is the last swim waiver given at Arapahoe for the school year.
You must sign up prior to the test with Mrs. Leyden. Stop by her office in the
Women's PE Office near the Auxillary Gym or send her an email: jleyden@lps.k12.co.us. You must pre-register. The deadline is: Monday,
March 18th.
