General Announcements
Toys for Tots: It’s Cyber Monday,
which means it’s a great day to go in the stores shopping for a toy if you
didn’t get a chance to on Black Friday.
A reminder this Wednesday, November 30th at the beginning of
Period 3, is the Black Friday Avalanche of Toys and Miracle Minute Class
Competition. The class bringing in the most toys will win a $5 Chipotle gift
card for each member of the class. The class that brings in the most money
during the Miracle Minute will win a donut party!

Permission
slips for the bus for this year's Toys for Tots delivery day are now available
in the attendance office. We will leave at 12:15 pm on Wednesday December 21 for Garden Place Academy to deliver toys and joy to over 420
students. Seating is limited on a first-come basis, so don't hesitate to
be a part of this awesome holiday experience!
Students
needing to take finals early can pickup a form in the attendance office.
Complete information is included on the form.
If you applied for
membership in National Honor Society, you should have already received a letter
at your home, informing you of whether or not you were accepted for
membership. You should have also completed the online RSVP form, to
indicate whether or not you will attend our Induction Ceremony next Monday. If you have not completed the online RSVP
form yet, please do so by tonight at the latest. And if you didn't
receive a letter at home please see Mr. Smith or Ms. McGeorge in the Science
office, or Ms. Leclaire in the English office.
Athletics
Unified Basketball
Partners we will have our first meeting and Practice Tuesday November 29.
Meeting will be at 6
pm in room S1416, practice follows7 pm - 8:30 Large Gym
Come one come all. Questions see Ms. Hernley or Ms. Rooney in
S1415
There will be a players only baseball meeting with Coach Dollaghan on Thursday, December 1st at 3:00 p.m. in Classroom E1287. Those
athletes who are participating in a winter sport at AHS should not attend this
meeting.
