General Announcements

Juniors, the classroom assignments for the state ACT, which will take place next Tuesday, have been posted in the cafeteria. Please check the list so you will know which classroom to go to for the ACT.

Seniors! Hey Seniors!  EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:  Senior Class Meeting on Tuesday, April 23 at 10:30 in the Theater.  GRADUATION, FUN IN THE SUN AND Senior class Events will be discussed.  Park in the West lot and WALK AROUND the building to enter from the East.  See you there.

If you are interested in working in the DECA Store next year, please stop by the Business Office to pick up an application!

Have you always wanted to use the school loud speaker?  Would you like sharing the Arapahoe news for the day?  If you are interested in reading the daily announcements next year, sign up for auditions in the Attendance Office with Mrs. Ayres.  Auditions will be held Monday, April 29, right after school.

Sandra: I forgot to go see Brigadoon last night in the theatre! Now I’ll never get to see it!
Zac: That’s okay! There are two nights left to see it! Tickets are on sale during both lunches or you can get them at the door for $8 for students and $10 for adults. Doors open at 7 pm, see you there!

Hey Warrriors!  The Prom talent show is Wednesday, April 24th at 5:00 and 7:00.  There is some amazing talent for you to see!  Tickets are $5 and will be on sale in the cafeteria during both lunches from Monday, April 22nd through Wednesday, April 24th.  Tickets will also be available at the door the night of the show.  Come and enjoy the show!!  

Athletics

This afternoon the girls' Varsity lacrosse team will take on the Overland Trailblazers at Overland High School at 4:30 p.m.  Tomorrow, Saturday, the Varsity team will travel to Legacy Stadium to play Cherokee Trail.  That game is at 10: 00 a.m. and the JV game against Cherokee Trail will follow at 11:30 a.m.   Please come out and support the teams.  Go Warriors, beat the Trailblazers and the Cougars!

Good luck to the Varsity boys lacrosse team as they take on Cherry Creek High School. This is a rematch of last years state championship game so come out and support your warriors! The game is at Cherry Creek High School at 7:30 good luck Warriors.

There will be a Heritage Hockey Informational Meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 6 p.m. at the Garlic Knot.  Come learn about the three teams for all LPS hockey players and meet the coaches. A $10 all you-can-eat pizza buffet benefits the hockey team.
