HO! HO! HO! We have collected about 120 toys for
our Toys for Tots drive and anticipate getting about 100 more with the money
raised during Miracle Minute! We truly appreciate all of your
contributions and so will the kids at Gilpin Montessori and the Denver Indian
Center. We still need lots more toys to reach our goal, so show us your
Warrior spirit and bring those toys in.
There will be an important TSA meeting today after
school at 2:25 in room E9. This is a mandatory meeting
for ALL TSA members where we will be passing out the paperwork and information
for those wanting to participate in the State TSA Conference in February. See
you then!
Hey Seniors! Student Council wants to invite you to leave your
mark on Arapahoe. Join us tomorrow at 8:15am in the
senior hallway to put your hand-print on the senior wall! Afterwards
head to the cafeteria for hot chocolate and coffee.
Attention Key Clubbers! This is a very busy
time of year for us and we have lots of important events scheduled for the next
few weeks. Please make a point to attend our meeting next Monday if possible. Remember, if you are
unable to attend, you may check the AHS Activities link to review the weekly
presentation notes and stay involved!
This weekend, the Theatre Company class will be
competing at the state conference. Come see the best actors in school perform
the pieces they will bring to the Thespian Conference tonight at 7pm in the theatre. Admission is free, so
come see performances in acting, singing, and technical design.
Hey Warriors! Staff Appreciation Day is just
around the corner! Make sure to give special thanks to your teachers this week
and all those who make Arapahoe the best school in Colorado.
If you applied for membership in National Honor
Society, you should have received a letter in the mail indicating whether or
not you were accepted, as well as instructions on how to RSVP for next Monday's Induction
Ceremony. Please RSVP today if you haven’t already. If you didn't receive a letter, please see
any of the sponsors today to inquire.
