Reader 1: 10 days until
closing night of Fiddler on the Roof. You have 3 nights to see it the 17th,
18th, and 19th. You can purchase tickets online, just go to Mr. Ahern’s teacher
page OR we will be selling tickets during both lunches starting this Thursday!
Tickets are $8 for students and $10 for adults. Mazeltov!
Seniors! Take advantage of the last opportunity to represent
your class . . . audition for keynote speaker for graduation! One time
open auditions will be held after school on Tuesday, April 15. Please sign up for your audition at
Mrs. Debow's window in the Guidance Office. If you
have any questions, please see Mr. Kleeman in Language Arts.
We will celebrate the creative MUSE students tomorrow
night in our annual Showcase in the Forum. This year, faculty and staff have
also contributed to the magazine, and we look forward to seeing them at the
Showcase night as well. Snacks
will be served beforehand, and there will be music too. Again, congratulations to the writers
and artists for this year’s Muse! You help make Arapahoe what it is!
ATTENTION ALL MUSE MEMBERS!!!! We are having
our final meeting today after school at 2:30 in Room C17 to plan our big
Showcase event! We have missed you, and need you back! We can't get
this done without you! We can't wait to see you again, and will probably
unveil our new Volume 12 edition, the "Moby Muse" that you helped
create.
FBLA
is filling over 2000 Easter Eggs with jelly beans today in Room E9 at 2:30! We
need your help and your jelly beans. Please bring a bag or two to help fill the
eggs. If you can't make it, bring your jelly beans to the Business Office.
PROM is approaching and, gentlemen, your
tuxedos rentals need to happen soon. Please consider renting your tuxedo from
Mens Warehouse located at County Line and University. AHS wins and earns cash
back for every AHS rental from Mens Warehouse. Get there soon to get fitted for
fashion!

Don't forget to vote this Thursday, April 10th in the
cafeteria from 7:00 to 3:00! Juniors
and seniors, stop by at any time during the day to cast your vote. Choose wisely, we will have a king, queen,
prince, and princess, as well as junior attendants. Seniors, you will also be voting on your class favorites. The court
will be announced at the prom talent show on April 24.
Attention seniors. A $1000 scholarship
will be offered to one student looking to attend college next year. In
order to apply, you must have taken a Personal Finance class. Please stop
by the Business Department or the Post Grad Center to pick up an application.
All applications are due May 1st.
The Medicine Class
Pre-Registration is OPEN now! Go to the Science Department Web Page to register

Athletics
Congratulations
to the ABK Girls Varsity Soccer Team! They battled hard against
Grandview into Overtime to come out with a 1-0 victory. Arapahoe
dominated most of the game but could not finish until the 8th minute of OT. Senior Amanda Cadorette assisted on a
game-ending and game-winning goal to Freshman Sydney Maxson. A hard fought battle and victory goes to the
Warriors. Come out to support them as they start their Road Trip to Legacy
Stadium on Thursday night against Cherokee Trail at 8:00 pm,
then off to Fort Collins this weekend. Go
ABK!!!!
The
Varsity Tennis Team was victorious over Mullen yesterday winning all seven
matches. Great job ladies! Come out and
watch the Varsity on
Thursday when they host Smoky Hill. Matches
start at 3:30.
The JV Tennis Team beat Mullen yesterday 12-3. Awesome job
ladies! Come out and watch the JV on Thursday when they play Smoky
Hill. Match time is 3:30.
Attention
Girls’ Lacrosse fans…This afternoon, both the Varsity and JV G-LAX teams will
take on Cherokee Trail High School. The Varsity Game will commence at 4:30 pm and the JV game will begin at 6 p.m. Please note that both games will be played at Newton Middle
School, not LPS Stadium . Also, there
will be a contest during the half time break of the Varsity game for our
wonderful student fans. Best shot in goal wins a gift card to Chipotle.
Everyone come on out today and have some fun in the sun enjoying some
great lacrosse. Go Warriors, tame the Cougars!
