On Saturday, the Varsity girls' lacrosse team trounced Chatfield in a decisive 20 - 9 victory.  After trading goals with the Chargers in the first half, the Warriors scored five unanswered goals to head into halftime with a 9 - 5 lead.  Arapahoe never looked back.  On offense, eight different Warriors scored, with four girls having three or more goals.  The scoring was led by Alexy DaHarb with five goals. Chandler Ramsey kept the ball on the offensive side by snagging six draws, and then, contributing two goals and four assists. The defense, led by goalie Brooke Engel with 10 saves, and Lindsay Sugo, Lauren Carpenito, Carey Kocur, Lyndsi Ansay and Hannah Heurlin smothered the Chargers offense exceptionally well.  Well done, Warriors!  On to the quarterfinals!
