Warriors give thanks for all you have and enjoy time with your family and friends next week.  When you are out shopping the Black Friday sales, please remember the children at Field Elementary and the Denver Indian Center.  On Fri., Dec. 1 during Period 3, the challenge is on for the 2nd Annual Black Friday Avalanche of Toys & Miracle Minute.  The classroom that brings in the most toys will receive a $5 Chipotle gift card for each student. The classroom that brings in the most $$ during the Miracle Minute will receive a doughnut party.  Let’s try to beat our amount raised last year which was over $2700 and 200 toys collected in one minute.

Students interested in learning more about the Naval Academy specifically or the NROTC program, please visit the military tab on the Post Grad website to view an upcoming opportunity on Monday, November 20th and another opportunity available over Thanksgiving Break.

After Thanksgiving Break, the Post Grad Center will host an ROTC presentation on Tuesday, November 28th at 11:00 in the Forum.  Please use the blue college visit passes to be excused from class.  ROTC is a full tuition scholarship program and offers outstanding leadership training.  Find out if it is an scholarship program that you want to pursue!

Attn. Senior Class – Herff Jones will be here today from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm in the AHS Cafeteria accepting your orders for the Class of 2018 Graduation Announcements, Accessories, Class Rings and Grad Gear. Remember that a down payment of $85 for your graduation order and if ordering a class ring another $85 deposit is required. Grad Gear will be delivered when you order at school. This will be the final “in-school” ordering opportunity this fall. Extra info is available in the main office.

Warriors, come check out the newly installed trusted adult wall in the hallway between social studies and counseling. If you haven't had a chance to identify your trusted adult on an index card, stop by counseling and add to our wall of trusted adults!

The MUSE is back in session and we need you. Submit your art, music and writing to the MUSE by today and you'll be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a gift card. Have an idea for the cover of the MUSE, submit your cover art designs as well. For more information, see Mr. Spare in the Language Art Department

Please remember to check the Lost and Found Table located in the cafeteria before you leave for the break today.
