December 19, 2013

Here is the most current information regarding our schedule. Please keep in mind that this is still fluid, it could change multiple times.

This Week's Schedule (December 19th and 20th)
  • On Thursday and Friday students will return to the building by class (Seniors: Thursday, 8-10, Juniors: Thursday, 11-1, Sophomores: Friday 8-10, and Freshman: Friday 11-1). We encourage students to come into the building independently. Students should enter through the East (Bubble) and West (Athletic) entrances only. Students who have a photo ID should bring it, and we encourage you to wear Arapahoe clothing.

  • Students will report to their 5th period MWF class where their teacher will be waiting for them. Students without a 5th period MWF class will report to the cafeteria where support will be available for them. Students can spend time with their teacher/class if they wish, or simply pick up their stuff.

  • Students are welcome to talk with each other outside of the classroom after checking in - this is your school. We will gently remind students to leave toward the end of each session so that we can prepare for the next session.

  • Please note there will be no access to the library. Student belongings that were left in the library have been relocated for pick up in the cafeteria. Although damage to our library was minimal, we are happy to announce that there will be a complete remodel done to our library during this school year. We will keep you posted as progress is made.
