They ran a fantastic race with Ava Mitchell finishing 4th and earning 1st Team All-State honors. Additionally, Emily Lamontagne finished 8th and Ava Escorsia was 14th - they are both 2nd Team All-State. Great season, ladies!

*Free Application Day in Colorado is TODAY, October 13th.  Seniors, you can submit your applications according to specific instructions that are posted on the senior page of the Post Grad website and in Google Classroom.  Your college application tracking forms for transcripts and letters of recommendation do not need to be in by Tuesday.  These should be submitted 10 school days before your actual early action or regular decision deadline.

*Student Council thanks all of the student organizations that participated in our Fall Premiere Reverse Parade. The judges have decided and here are the results: Three groups tied for second place and those groups are Cheerleading, LINK Crew and FBLA!  And the best float of our Reverse Parade competition is... the WRESTLING TEAM!! Check out all of the great floats both inside and outside of the building!

 

*Hey Junior and Seniors! If you received an invitation email to join National Honor Society, please join us for the last virtual information meeting today, October 8 at 3:40 PM. You must have attended one of our meetings if you want to apply. Contact Ms. Bownds, Mr. Sexson, or Ms. Wheeler if you have any questions.

 

*This Saturday, Arapahoe High School FBLA will host their annual Shredathon Fundraiser.  A paper shredding truck will be shredding unwanted documents in the Arapahoe High School east parking lot from 9am to 12pm.  Tell your parents to stop by if they have any documents that they need to shred.  The cost is $10 per box.  All proceeds go to support Arapahoe High School FBLA.

 

*Students!  Did you purchase an athletic pass this year?  If so, a new student ID has been printed for you and will be distributed Friday in your classes.  Please be sure to pick yours up and add it to your lanyard. 

 

*Students, come say "Hi" to the therapy dogs-- Gus, Zeke, and Remi.  Today a therapy dog will be outside the North Forum entrance. They will be happy to see you!

*ATTENTION ALL WARRIORS:  Friday night our Varsity football team hosts Grandview in their first game of the season at LPS Stadium at 7:00 PM. All admissions to the game are by reservation/lottery only in the form of a non-transferable ticket voucher. Tickets can be purchased (when presenting your voucher) in the form of CASH ONLY or Student Athletic Pass. Students who drew a ticket voucher must bring their signed voucher and student ID with them to the game. Spectators with vouchers must also sign and date the back of the voucher before arriving at the game. No admittance will be granted to the stadium parking lot without the voucher.   Tickets will not be sold at the gate! Bring your school spirit and your mask Friday night as the Warriors take on the Wolves in Centennial League action. Go Warriors!

 

*Students who drew a ticket voucher, come by the Athletic Office as soon as possible to pick it up for tonight’s football game.
