The weight room will be open after school on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:30 till 4 for all students that want to workout.
Attention returning Speech and Debate team members! If you plan to participate in Speech and Debate again this school year, a Returning Members Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 5th, at 2:30 in C1452. Again, this meeting is for returning members only. A Prospective Members Meeting will be held the following week.
Students wanting to get involved in one of over 60 clubs and activities at AHS should plan to stop by Club Cafe' during both lunches on Wed., Sept. 6 in the cafeteria.

Come out to Sitting Eagle Gymnasium tonight at 6:45 as your varsity volleyball Warriors take on Rock Canyon for their home opener! Pack the stands and wear your best tie-dye...GO WARRIORS!!

Boys Varsity Tennis beat Valor last night 5-2. A strong win at singles by Jared Green and Chase Wern and AJ Nelson at Doubles.
JV Gold had a close loss, 7-9 to one of their strongest competitors, Regis on Monday but pulled a near close out at Valor last night winning 18-2.  All three squads face Denver East on Thursday.


The Arapahoe Varsity Toms are having a car wash fundraiser this Saturday and would love to see you there! They'll be at the McDonalds on Broadway and Mineral, just down the street from Powell, from 10am to 2pm. Please come grab some food, say hi and get your car washed by the Toms. Thanks everyone for showing your support!

Daily Announcement Boys’ Soccer:
Your Varsity Boys’ Soccer team won against Ralston Valley yesterday by a score of 4-3. Great team play in the second half was led by Goalie Spencer Cobb and the defense; goals were provided by Cameron Gail, Mitch Engermann, Adam Hangland and Chris Grauberger.

Do you like singing today's hit music?  Can you beatbox?  If that sounds like you please come to an informational meeting Monday, right after school in the choir room for the A Cappella Club, Arapahoe High School's newest club.

The boys tennis season kicked off with a match against Mt. Vista yesterday.  The JV team played well, but ended up losing by a score of 7-12.  The varsity team beat Mt.  Vista by a score of 5-2.  Congrats to Ryan Wood, Jacob Lobb, Ian Gienger and Jake Wilcox on their first varsity win.

Your Varsity Boys’ Soccer team won in overtime against Rangeview yesterday by a score of 3-2. A fine all around effort saw goals from Cameron Gail, Mitch Engermann, and Ben Davis. The JV squad tied their game against Rangeview 0-0. Way to go Warriors!

Girls’ Field Hockey teams played well against Grandview yesterday, Junior Varsity tied 1-1.
