Feed your mind and your stomach by joining the world of e-books at the AHS Library. Starting this week, a winner of a $10 gift card to a local eatery will be randomly drawn from those students who have checked out and downloaded an AHS e-book during the current week. Winners will be announced in the library at the end of second lunch each Friday for five weeks beginning tomorrow. Take a chance to grow both your intellect and your waistline!

Hey Warriors! We are excited to announce a new event during Warrior Week. DECA is sponsoring a 3-on-3 March Madness Basketball Tournament! All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Joshua School, which is the charity we will be supporting during Warrior Week. Registration packets for the tournament can be picked up in the business office starting TOMORROW. Each team will consist of two boys and two girls, with only 1 boy and 1 girl Arapahoe basketball player allowed per team. First come first serve! There are only 20 spots available! Pick up your registration packet so you can be a part of this exciting new event and help a good cause.

Athletics

The Boys’ Swim and Dive team kickoff is this Thursday, Feb. 11 at 6 pm in the AHS Library.  Parents and Swimmers/Divers are all invited.  Use the door on the North side of the building, near the baseball field.  Due to the snow delay, our plans changed with ordering merchandise.  If you want to order a swim cap, (and your swimmer will want an AHS cap) you have to do it prior to the meeting Thursday.  Deadline for caps:  this Wednesday, Feb. 10, 10 pm.   There are no re-order opportunities for the caps.  Everything else can be ordered on Thursday (you will need checkbooks).   Go online to order the caps:  www.outofbreathsports.com.

Please visit the Arapahoe Athletics page for information and details about upcoming games and events.
