General Announcements

Attention members of National Honor Society...
Our last meeting of the year is happening tomorrow after school in the forum.  At this meeting, senior members can leave after a couple of quick announcements, and then juniors will hold elections for next year's officers. Juniors interested in running for office do not need to register ahead of time, but they should plan to speak about their qualifications for approximately 1 minute.  Service logs for this semester can also be turned in at this meeting if you're ready to turn yours in, or you can also turn them in at Mr. Smith's desk in the science office any time before the end of the school year.

All library materials are due back to the library no later than this Friday. Students must take care of any library fines prior to arena scheduling. Fines may be paid in the library to Mr. Murphy or Mrs. Rice or in the main office to the bookkeeper, Mrs. Cheney.

Attention Seniors - if you are concerned about the pronunciation of your name for Graduation, please contact your elected readers, Mrs. Lombardi or Mr. Meyer as soon as possible, to clarify.
If your last name begins with A thru L, contact Mrs. Lombardi.
If your last name begins with M thru Z, contact Mr. Meyer.

If you signed up for the Alive@25 class this afternoon, the class will start at 2:30 in room W101. If you want to attend there is still room available. This class is free if you are voluntarily taking it for insurance reduction or getting  your driving permit 6 month early. For any questions talk to Deputy Englert.

Congratulations to Arapahoe Girls Golf team who took 4th place overall in the regional tournament yesterday in Ft Collins! Beth Lebar was 7th overall with a score of 85. Other state qualifiers were Christine Attai, who shot an 89 and Jacq Pepper.

Your AHS Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team is ranked #3 in the state, and opens up the playoff schedule tomorrow night at LPS Stadium at 5 pm as they face #14 Kent Denver. Come on out and make some crazy loud Warrior noise!

Attention Volleyball Warriors! Tonight is the last Open Gym of the Spring! Let's make it our best one yet! We will be in the Auxiliary Gym from 7-9pm. Come early to help set up nets...GO WARRIORS!

The ABK Varsity girls’ soccer team takes on Arvada West tonight in the first round of the state playoffs. Let’s get a big Warrior crowd out to support them at 7 p.m. at LPS Stadium.  Go ABK!

For boys interested in playing soccer next fall, there will be a quick, informational meeting at 2:30 in room C-7 this Thursday. Please make every effort to attend.
