General Announcements

*Hey Key Clubbers - are you ready to get back into action for second semester? Then make sure to be at our next Key Club meeting today after school in the Forum. We have lots of information to go over, so please plan on attending!

*Attention Freshmen! Hearing and Vision Testing is taking place this week Monday through Thursday. You will be tested during your English 9 class. Please be sure to wear and/or bring your glasses or contacts to school this week.

*Free Alive @ 25 class tomorrow January 29th at 3:45pm - 8:15pm in room W1874. If you are voluntarily taking the class, the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79 fee.  If you are 15 1/2 you can get your driver’s permit after taking the class and many insurance companies will give you a discount. This is a 4 1/2 hour class. Sign up on-line at www.aliveat25.us. To register for the class the password is "arapahoe".  Any questions ask Deputy Englert.

*Do you like to sing? Would you like to learn how to sing? Do you enjoy having friends? Are you interested in making more friends? Do you aspire to be a part of a group that is intellectually challenging, personally fulfilling, and intrinsically rewarding? Auditions for the 2019-2020 Concert Choir, Choralettes, and Arapahoe Singers are being held from Jan 28-Feb 8. *Calling ALL Sources of Strength Peer Leaders. We need your help organizing our next campaign- Positive Friends. Please come to the forum this Wednesday, Jan 30th at 9:00 am to help plan the activities for February. See Mr. Miwa, Ms. Zimmerman or Mrs. Kuhlmann with any questions or concerns. See you Wednesday at 9:00 am in the forum.

*College Night is two weeks from today!  Come gain an understanding of the big picture pieces, acquire knowledge to help you prepare, and gain insight on how to navigate the process with less stress. This event has sessions for freshman, sophomores, and junior students, parents, and guardians.   RSVPs are required and will be sent to email addresses listed in Infinite Campus.

*For all boys interested in swimming or diving there will be a meeting this Tuesday, January 29 at 3:30pm right after school in the Forum. New and returning swimmers/divers should plan to attend. No parents necessary.

*Please come to The Varsity Inn across the street this Tuesday to help support Arapahoe Baseball.  The restaurant will give our baseball program 20% back on all food sold for the entire day and evening.  Can't make it for dinner, take a break and grab some lunch at the Varsity Inn. No flyer needed and our goal is to fill the place in the evening!

*Come cheer on your Lady Water Warriors at the Centennial A League Championships!  Swim Prelims are Friday at 5:30 PM. Dive Prelims are Saturday, 9:00 AM. Last Finals are 3:00 for both Swim & Dive.  All events are at Arapahoe.
