 General Announcements

*HAPPY FRIDAY WARRIORS!!  What an incredible Warrior Week! THANK YOU to each and every one of you for finding a way to support this week of hope, joy, and love.  The unity and spirit feels so good! We are currently at $27,574! Enough to grant not only Ashlee's wish but at least one or two kids like her.
*Check the Lost & Found table in the cafeteria.  Your long lost nalgene or coat might be there.  

Warriors! Are you interested in getting SCUBA Certified? It is being offered as an Independent Study next fall. There is an informational meeting on Wednesday, April 13th at 7:00PM in the Forum. Be there! Bring your friends and a parent or guardian. RSVP on the QR code on the posters by the drinking fountains. If you have any questions please ask Mrs. Bradley. 


*Students - due to testing, the Zen Den will be closed next week.


*Hey Warriors! An AHS Big Idea Project has put together little testing encouragement/anti-anxiety bags on tables outside the attendance and counseling office to help with any test-related anxiety before PSAT and SAT testing. Find these bags today, April 8th, and next week on April 11th, 12th. Good luck with your tests, but don’t stress! 

*Graduating Seniors, do you embrace risk and have no fear of failure? Check out the MCA Denver Failure Scholarship! Submit your own innovative design in fashion, technology, visual or performing arts, along with an essay showing how you embrace failure, and you may be the proud recipient of a $20,000 scholarship to college next year! Deadline is April 19th!

*Attention AHS 9th and 10th graders!  Come find out about taking classes at the EPIC campus beginning in the fall of 2023?  Please plan to attend an in-person EPIC Campus Information meeting on Wednesday, April 27 from 6:00-7:00pm in the AHS cafeteria.  This meeting is for 9th and 10th graders and their parents. *Seniors! This is your weekly reminder to PLEASE complete the Class of 2022 Exit Survey in Naviance and send copies of all scholarship award letters, even those you are not accepting, to Mrs. Conn in the Post-Secondary Center as soon as possible!

*The 18th Annual Art Attack is up! Check out all of the amazing work created by our Arapahoe artists in the east wing, cafeteria, and library. We will have an awards reception on Tuesday, April 19th, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm, so bring your family and friends! Thank you to all who submitted work, and enjoy the show!  

*Get ready for the AHS Dodgeball Tournament!  Grab a group of your friends, 5 guys and 5 girls to participate on April 18th. We will only accept the first 20 teams that bring their paperwork and the $10 per person fee. Some of the proceeds will be donated to Ashlee for her wish. Packets and information are available in Mrs. Kuhlmann's office. SKO Dodgeball!

*The ABK Girls soccer all three teams have some great matches coming up.

  • Varsity plays: Broomfield Eagles On Saturday at 10:00am at Broomfield High School.

  • JV plays: Broomfield Eagles on Saturday at 12:00pm at Broomfield High School.

  • C Team plays: Broomfield Eagles on Saturday at 10 AM at Broomfield High School.


*The Arapahoe Girls Lacrosse Team is selling Butter Braid pastries. These are delicious frozen pastries that are baked at your home. Order by TODAY, April 8th, and pastries will be delivered after the 15th.
