*Warriors - Deliberate Acts of Love and Kindness week - December 11th-15th is a significant opportunity to celebrate the life of Claire Davis and a powerful reminder to choose love and kindness. Claire's favorite color was purple, and in honor of her, National Honor Society students are painting nails in the cafeteria during both lunches on Monday, December 11th. Please stop by and get purple-ized!
*Warriors - Don’t forget, you can keep donating toys for the 22nd Annual Arapahoe Toy Drive. This year, we are supporting Field Elementary and the Denver Indian Center. Our goal is to raise $4000 and collect 1000 toys. Let's show them how generous we can be!
*AHS will be hosting the annual Vitalant Blood Drive on Tuesday, December 12th in the Aux gym to support the Deliberate Acts of Love and Kindness week! This year the sign up will be digital through a SignUp for staff & students only. Please stop by the DALK Blood Drive Table in the cafeteria during both lunches or look for postings throughout the building for more information and to get the QR Code! Give the gift of life this holiday season, give blood!
*Warriors there will be a FREE ‘Alive @ 25’ class Thursday, December 14th at 3:45pm - 8:15 pm in room W1874. If you are voluntarily taking the class, the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79 fee. If you are 15 ½, you can get a driver's permit after taking the class and a lot of insurance companies give you a discount. This is a 4 1/2 hour class. Sign up on-line at www.alive@25.us. To register for the class the password is "arapahoe". Any questions ask Deputy Englert.
Athletics
*A HUGE Congratulations to the Varsity Cheerleading team for their 3rd place finish at the State competition yesterday! The point spread was insanely close between the top teams in the state. Varsity competed against 47 other schools and placed top in the Varsity Gameday Division. Amazing job cheer!
*Hey Warriors - Come out and support your Girls Basketball teams TONIGHT, December 8th as they take on Valor @ HOME. Varsity is at 7:00pm after JV at 5:30. C-team plays @ 4:00. See you all tomorrow night - LOUD and PROUD!
*Come out and cheer on your Warrior Boys Varsity Basketball team TONIGHT @ 7:00pm as they take on ThunderRidge in the second round of the ‘2023 Tip-Off Classic’ at ThunderRidge HS.
*Warriors - Come cheer on your Varsity TOMS as they compete at the State Spirit Competition TOMORROW. Bring your friends and bring the NOISE to the Denver Coliseum to show our Warrior spirit. Prelim performance is at 8:55am with finals beginning at 4:20pm. Tickets can be found online at
