*Good luck on Finals! We know you’ll do GREAT!

*Last Chance to check LOST & FOUND!!  Come to the front office if you are missing a sweatshirt, jacket, nalgene, water bottle, Stanley, lunchbag, shoe, etc.  

*Please return any borrowed items such as Chromebooks, power cords and books to the Library once they are no longer needed to complete school work for the year. All borrowed items must be returned no later than TODAY @ 3:30pm.  If you do not return them you will be charged the replacement cost of the items.

Athletics

*The AHS Toms program will be holding open practices on May 23rd from 4:30pm-6:30pm.  2nd Chance Tryouts will be on May 28th & 29th.  If you have any questions contact Head Coach Madeline Kelley at ahstoms@gmail.com. 

*Are you interested in being a part of the AHS Cheerleading team? We are hosting another round of tryouts on May 28th and 29th from 6:00pm-7:30pm in the AHS wrestling gym. *Join us TODAY outside on the south pad during lunches to enjoy the de-stress event put on by your mental health team. There will be popsicles, bubbles, therapy dogs, and more!  Hope to see you there!

Athletics

*Who cares about the Nuggets or Avalanche - we’ve got our AHS Warrior Boys Lacrosse team.  We need EVERYONE to come out and cheer our guys onto VICTORY at the State Championship TONIGHT @ 7:30pm at DU Barton Stadium.  Purchase Finals Tickets via GoFan.  There will be NO cash sales at the venue. Tickets are - ONLINE Only.

• Finals Ticket Prices: $12 (plus fees) for Adults, K-12 Students & Seniors 60+

• All 2023-2024 CHSAA Cards & Passes will be accepted (courtesy cards, media cards, etc.)

*Over the past school year, your AHS Daily Announcements have been brought to you by some AMAZING students.  Thank you to our FABULOUS Friday announcers Kayla and Mac.  If you see either of them, please say THANK YOU!

*Arapahoe Artists!  If you had a piece in this year's Art Attack Show, be sure to stop by the Art Department TODAY and pick up your artwork.

*Finals are next week. It's okay to be nervous and small amounts of stress can help you be productive. However, being overly anxious could negatively affect your exam performance. So, next Monday the 20th, come outside on the south pad during lunches to enjoy the de-stress event put on by your mental health team. *Congrats to the Boys Lacrosse team on their VICTORY over Denver South in a hard-fought rainy game last night.  The Warriors will play again on Saturday, May 18th.  Stay turned for game details!

*Warriors - if you would like to be an AHS Daily Announcer for the 2024-25 school year stop by the front office and sign up.  We need a few students to commit to 1 day a week for the year or even just a semester.  It only takes about 10 minutes to give the announcements. If you have any questions ask Mrs. Schell at the front desk.
