General Announcements

Big news at Arapahoe! We won the Broncos Wives Food Drive! Yes, that means the Denver Broncos are coming to AHS. Be in the cafeteria today, during first lunch to meet some Bronco players, cheerleaders, and Miles the mascot. It's Bronco Day today. Wear your blue and orange. Hope you can make it to the special recognition event. A special thank you to Mrs. Parmenter’s choir classes for contributing to our success this year.

This past Friday night our Varsity Cheers and Toms had their biggest competition of the year – The CHSAA State Spirit Competition. Both teams represented Arapahoe well. The Toms performed an excellent routine, and out of 33 teams in the Pom division, our Toms placed an impressive 7th – missing finals by less than 1 point! In the Cheer division, our Warrior Cheers performed a near perfect routine in prelims and made it into the finals, where they performed another outstanding routine, and ended up 4th place in the state out of 38 teams that entered the competition! Congratulations to both our Cheers and Toms on an excellent showing at State this year! Way to go Warriors!!!!!!

Today the library will be closed 6th hour and after school for a staff meeting. If you need to utilize the library please try to do so before we close. Sorry for any inconvenience.
