General Announcements

Hey Warriors!! Do you know what is better than Krispy Kream donuts, Einsteins bagels and Starbucks coffee? You guessed it… free Krispy Kream donuts, Einsteins bagels, and Starbucks coffee! That’s right...FREE, FREE, FREE!! Come support your freshmen football players as they take on the Rangeview Raiders while enjoying the company of your friends at the freshmen football tailgate. This event is sponsored by Link Crew and will be taking place this Saturday morning at 9:00 on the Arapahoe football and track field. We’ll see you there.

Auditions for the fall play are right around the corner. If you would like to audition for The People vs. Maxine Lowe be sure to sign up for a time on the call board outside Mr. Ahern’s office in the drama hallway. Auditions are Tuesday September 6th and Wednesday September 7th. For more information, see Mr. Ahern or go to his teacher page on the AHS website. Break a leg!

Attention Sophomore Class! As you know, homecoming is right around the corner and we need your help this year. If you have a trailer available for use in the Homecoming parade, we ask that you would contact our class president, Justin Hein. For more information on what we are planning this year, join us at our class meeting today at 6:45 a.m. in Room S-8 and support the sophomores.

Hey Warriors! Are you interested in performing in the Homecoming Talent Show? Tryouts are September 7 and 8. Forms will be available in the main office. We hope you share your amazing talents!

ALL MUSE MEMBERS!!!!! We have a very important Muse meeting tomorrow, Sept. 1st at 2:30 in Room E11. Leadership positions will be announced, boards set and sign up for committees. See you all there!

Seniors, this is a reminder that all senior photos and biographies for the yearbook need to be turned in to the journalism room, E-8, or to the front office by Friday, September 9th! This is very important; don't forget! If you haven't had your senior photo taken, the yearbook staff will have a professional photographer at Arapahoe to take your photo after school on August 31st as well as September 1st and 2nd. Please contact Mr. Anderson in the journalism room E-8 for details!

Senior Class Panoramic Picture will be taken Thursday, September 8th at 7:50am. Remember, this is the only time a Senior Class Picture will be taken for the rest of your life, so Don’t Miss Out! You only have one chance to be a part of this special event, so be there on Thursday, September 8th.
