General Announcements

Attention freshmen, sophomores, and juniors: the upcoming PARCC assessments next week will require headphones for the language arts section.  We will be taking this assessment on Wednesday, March 11.  While the district has provided headphones if necessary, we encourage you to bring your own headphones to take the assessment.

There will be a Drama Club meeting after school today in the auditorium. At that time you will get your cookie dough orders, so be there!

Students interested in performing a stupid human trick during the Warrior Week charity basketball game must pick up an application from Mr. Brandberg in the World Languages office.  Applications are due by Tuesday, March 10.

Graduation announcements and class ring orders will be available for pick up on Wednesday, March 11^th, in the Cafeteria during lunches. If you have a remaining balance due it must be paid in full prior to picking up your order.  You may pay at pick up with cash only. No personal checks are accepted at delivery.

Athletics

The last swim waiver for the school year will be given next week on Thursday, March 12th @ 6:00 a.m. You must pre-register with Mrs. Leyden in the Women's PE Office or by email at jleyden@lps.k12.co.us.  Test information is on the AHS website under the student section. Space is limited.

Auditions for the 2015-2016 Tom Toms will be held on March 17th through March 20th, from 4:00-6:00 p.m., in the Auxiliary Gym.  A mandatory parent/athlete meeting will be held on March 9th, at 6:00 p.m., in the Forum.  All interested girls should attend.
