General Announcements

Attention Seniors:  Your Senior Class Panoramic Picture Retake will be taken on Tuesday, December 15th at Noon in the Main Gym. Remember - this is the only time pictures will be taken of the entire Senior Class, so DON'T MISS OUT! BE THERE on Tuesday, December 15th at Noon!

Warriors, remember this week is all about making a deliberate decision to love the people around you. The events surrounding our Deliberate Acts of Love and Kindness campaign are as follows: dress in purple for the Boy’s Varsity basketball game tomorrow night at 7:00 in the Sitting Eagle Gymnasium, Movie Night is Friday night at 8:00 in the cafeteria showing The Incredibles; Sunday morning all students are welcome to watch the sunrise at Red Rocks; and next Tuesday, after finals, we will have a pancake breakfast in the cafeteria at noon.

Thank you so much to all those who came to help with the Toys for Tots wrapping party yesterday! We couldn’t have done it without you! If you would like to join us for the toy delivery on December 16th, please stop by the attendance office and pick up a permission slip. They are due by December 14th and space is limited.

Have you taken the time to thank a warrior today? Students, please show your gratitude to fellow students and staff members by filling out a thank you card and giving it to a friend or having it sent to a teacher. Blank cards are available in Guidance, Attendance, the Study Center, the Library and in the departmental offices. Feel free to drop off your cards in Guidance for delivery to a staff member and give your cards for other students directly to that person. Please see Ms. Kershaw or Mrs. McNiff in Guidance with questions!

This weekend the Speech and Debate Team competed at the Chatfield Chill at Chatfield High School and everyone did an amazing job. A special shout out to Elizabeth Eshleman for scoring 1st Place in Poetry and Raymond Hamer for scoring 6th Place in Extemporaneous Speaking. Amazing job everyone!

There will be a Muse meeting after school today in room E11. See you there!

Hey Key Clubbers! Thanks for all that showed to up Monday's meeting! We are still short several volunteers for this Saturday's Denver Rescue Mission event. If you are available to help out, please contact Nick or Amelia-their information can be found on the Arapahoe website. We understand there were lots of conflicts with this week's meeting, so if you were unable to make it and have any questions about current events, please contact one of the officers. We will not meet next week because of finals, so good luck and we'll see you after break!

Are you a Freshman interested in running for a Student Council office? Come to our Intent to Run meeting today at 2:30 p.m. in room C21. Find out what it means to represent your class in student government at Arapahoe.

Hey Seniors! Please check your school email! There is an important survey that the yearbook staff would like you to fill out. The deadline is this Thursday at 2:30 so please complete the form as soon as possible! Thank you.

Attention Students! The library will be hosting a meeting for new faculty and their mentors this afternoon. In order to prepare for the meeting, the library will close at 1:45 today. Sorry for the inconvenience.
