Hey Warriors! Get ready because on Monday we will kick
off our 2016 Warrior Week!!! This year Arapahoe will support The Joshua School
which is a school that aims to provide classes and support to students with
Autism Spectrum Disorder. Starting Monday night, come out and watch the CU
Buffoons at 7:00 in the theater. Tickets are $3 at lunch today and Monday or $5
at the door. Grab dinner at Anthony’s Pizza from 4:00 to 9:00 where a
portion of the proceeds will go towards the charity. Show your support at
school by dressing up for “Mountain Man Day” on Monday and wear your favorite hiking
gear! Also, keep an eye out because next week at lunch we will continue to sell
Warrior Week T-Shirts for $10!
Attention all Senior
boys! The Mr. Arapahoe competition is just around the corner! If you think you could
be the next Mr. Arapahoe, please pick up an application from the Activities
Office! They are due March 18th.
Have you picked up a packet for the FBLA
Volleyball tournament? Be sure to get your teams together soon so that
you can reserve your spot. Hurry, spots are going fast!
Attention Sophomores and Juniors - If you are interested in
applying for next year's Link Crew and you have not received an application,
please pick one up from Mrs. Moritz's desk in the Language Arts office.
Applications are due March 18th.

Congratulations to the ABK Warrior Varsity Girls
Soccer team in their 2-1 season opening win over Castle View last night.
Haley Archuleta scored on a PK and Audrey Weiss scored the second goal
off of an assist from Kelsey Vogel. The JV also won their season opener against
Castle View with a 5-0 victory. Goals were scored by Ryan Renshaw, Ashlyn
Baird, Ashley Wuthrich and two by Summer Mock. Great job Warriors! Mark
your calendars for next Wednesday at 7 p.m. and
come support the Varsity girls soccer team at the Warrior Invitational at LPS
stadium.
Congratulations to the boys varsity lacrosse
squad for a true team victory over Monarch. Great season opener! Thank
you AHS lax fans for filling the stands and cheering on the guys!
Your varsity girls lacrosse team plays their season opener today, at 4 pm at Newton
Middle School. The Girls JV Lacrosse team plays at 5:30 pm. Come out and help them kick off their season
with a big crowd!
