General Announcements
School pictures have arrived!  If you've purchased school pictures please stop by the Attendance Office during an off period to pick them up. Make-up Picture Day will be Tuesday, October 11th.

The Post Grad Center is hosting the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs today and the University of Northern Colorado and Chapman University tomorrow.  Please sign up in Naviance!

Key Club Members - we have a meeting today at 2:20 in room E1287.  See you there!

Guest forms for the Homecoming Dance are now available in the Activities/Attendance Office.  These forms are only available to students in Grades 10-12. The forms MUST be fully completed, approved and returned to Mrs. Railey in the Activities office by 3 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 27.  

Athletics

Saturday, the Boys’ Varsity Soccer team beat crosstown rival Heritage by a score of 3-1. Mason Gueller, Nick Ryan and Cameron Gail scored the Arapahoe goals. The Junior Varsity was victorious over Heritage by a score of 3-0. Great job Warriors!

"Congrats to the boys and girls cross country teams for some great running on Saturday at the Rock Canyon Invitational. The boys and girls JV teams both finished in 4th place out of 22 teams and the varsity boys and girls both finished in 2nd place. Good luck this Friday at the Dave Sanders Invite at Columbine."

Congrats to the sophomore and Varsity volleyball teams on their victories last Friday...both teams came from behind to win in extra sets! Varsity was in a "sticky" situation after dropping the first 2 games to Chaparral...but came out fighting to beat the Wolverines in 5...with a 5th game score of 24-22! Thank you to all of our dad-fans in the stands...our next match is at home ,tomorrow vs. Eaglecrest. Sophomores start at 4, JV and Freshmen play at 5, with Varsity taking the court at 6.15... GO WARRIORS!


The boys varsity tennis team won four out of four matches last week and
took first in the Patriot Invitational tournament at George Washington High
School over the weekend. The junior varsity took second at the Niwot
tournament. Come support the Warriors during their home matches against
Overland at 3 p.m today and Thursday against Mullen.

Congrats to the Varsity softball team for their big 20 to 2 victory against Rangeview on Saturday. The JV team also defeated Rangeview by a score of 12 to 7. Both teams begin league play today against Mullen. The Varsity game is at 4 pm at deKoevand Park. Come to deKoevand and watch this very talented group of young ladies!

"Congratulations to the boys fresh/soph soccer team for their 8-0 victory over Legend last night. Come out and support the program tomorrow as the JV and varsity take on Heritage at LPS."
