*Attention Chromebook Users! If you would like to check out a yearly Chromebook to take home this year, or retrieve the Chromebook you had checked out last year, you must do so by the end of the school day on Friday, August 30. Any other Chromebook issues, please see Mrs. Pohl in the library.
* Leadership! ...Arapahoe! ....Your School! ...Your Community,.... Opportunities! .......Student Council represents all of this and we would love to have your involvement. All students are invited to attend STUCO meetings on Tuesdays at 7:15 AM in the Forum. Anyone interested in applying to become a Student Council Ambassador must complete an application by this Friday, Aug. 30th. Applications can be found in the activities office or on the Student Council website.
*Free Alive @ 25 class Tuesday, September 10th at 3:45pm - 8:15pm in room W1874. If you are voluntarily taking the class the Sheriff's Office pays for your $79 fee. If you are 15 1/2 you can get drivers permit after taking the class and many insurance companies give you a discount. This is a 4 1/2 hour class. Sign up on-line at www.aliveat25.us. The password is "arapahoe". Any questions ask Deputy Englert.
Athletics
*Attention Boys Lacrosse Players, if you would like to participate in the fall league starting in September please email Coach Bobzien by this Friday, August 30th. Details on the league and his email can be found on the boys lacrosse page on the AHS athletics website.
*Your Varsity Boys’ Soccer team beat George Washington last night by a score of 6-1. The Arapahoe JV also beat the GW JV by a score of 6-1. Way to go Warriors!
*It's a whiteout! Come cheer on your Warrior Football players at the Home opener Friday. Get your student t-shirts for the game! They are available for sale in the cafeteria at lunch for $5.
